THE MCHANIC AN INSULT…TO THE TRADE

Who is "The MECHANIC" who has written an appallingly inaccurate, lying, piece about not buying French cars.
I hope Renault ,Peugeot, et al take action against such totally inaccurate journalism.
Not that it qualifies as journalism

Yet another price hike upto £1.60 and the paper is one of the thinnest in pages and content- how can you justify so many prices increases in a year - you've lost me as a customer- the Daily Mail covers similar stories with much better journalism and content

Where is the news? Where is the journalism?

What a waste of what could be a useful forum. Nothing new in this "news paper" - just tired old mostly bigoted nonsense. A shame ...

Bugitry

As usual, the Daily Express publishes minute details of gifts etc declared by 3 senior figures in the Labour Party but not a word about Conservative MPs. But I guess what can we expect from this rag?

Constant fake or misleading headlines

Constant fake or misleading headlines, that cater to the liebour party and the conversion of British culture, Good bye Historically important nation, hello the NII (new Islamic state). The Express is the political mouthpiece of the Boat culture invasion and the communist City of Londistan.

A comment forum that pretends to be a news website. It is run by ReachPLC, who are a bunch of leftists but pretend to be a right-wing news rag. Ninety-nine percent of visitors to the website never read the juvenile articles. The comments section blocks any comments that use words that aren't even slightly controversial, such as 'clown' (a word that represents most of the journalists at the Express).

Stay away at all costs.

I read the de for the comments

I read the de for the comments, which are far more informative than the articles. However reach plc have decided to charge for this, not withstanding the plethora of ads on the site. Well that’s a no from me. The express once upon a time was a platform for debate, that was instantly shut down the day reach bought it. Bye.

I am sick of this paper (and most others) dictating to us what we can and can't say on the forum. Racism is obviously a complete "no no", but even if a word even mildly borders on something they don't like, comments are deactivated. The Daily Mail is exactly the same. It's free speech for the Media, but not for the rest of us. If only a huge majority would have the backbone to either close their accounts or at least stop posting, this hypocrisy would have to stop. It's actually completely down to us!!

Party before country

Today's headline, 3 days after the General election is an exhaustive manifesto of the promises the Express wants our new Government to deliver on....and you can bet your bottom dollar that the Express will be on their backs immediately.
What a pity that they were not so attentive about the
useless Tories who for 14 years failed to deliver on ANY of their promises. Their punishment from the Express on 4th July 2024 was to urge all their readers to vote Tory again. You have to laugh at the incurable bias and double standards of it all !
The Express are the definitive example of putting party before country.

So much for freedom of Speech in the…

So much for freedom of Speech in the Uk! The press are always going on about not having enough freedom and being held accountable ,which they don't like. However, when making a comment on a post, more often than not your post will be deleted/Deactivated because you typed in a word that they don't want used! I know, arrogance right? For example, why in the world would obtuse be against 'Community Rules' in a sentence. However , when I commented on not being able to use obtuse in a comment on my critsicism of not being able to use it, it let me!!! Anyway, the Express should stop censoring what people type. I understand all about racist and hate speech but none of what I type has any of that, and yet I still get deleted on some comments. Welcome to Democracy where newspapers dictate what you comment on!

Disappointing headline wrappers with little to no facts, just full of gossip and opinions. Won't waste my time reading these poorly written columns. They seemed focused on picking on people and other negative "news".
