Absolutely terrible avoid at all costs! Second time ordering I had problems last time also, they took over a week to even ship the order out, then they’ve shipped out the wrong size and now ignoring my messages to get a new size sent, now someone is left without a CHRISTMAS PRESENT because they are not replying!!!!! Avoid fraudsters
I placed an order over two weeks ago, they still haven’t shipped it, and there is no response to emails. I’m not convinced that it’s even a real company at all. I’m going to have to go through my bank to claim a refund. Do yourself a favour and avoid them.
This company has no contact details and did not respond to multiple contact requests (replying to the order confirmation) after placing an order with them, confirming the order by email and, of course, taking my money - then not supplying the goods. Mr. Neath is clearly a fraudster and I had to contact my bank to get a refund.
