I bought Angle Shower Tray Shawl B20.
when installing the system you need to select on QR code Pdf or Video. Pdf was not available when installing the tray and video stop before ending the installation.
I happen that the mobile trays are sliding and closing by themselves. I sent a video to Experbath, but the person in charge of that doesn't speak English or French. Only German. They ask me to adjust the sliding tray, what I already did before being in can't with them, and after that no more answer from the German guy. So Really not happy about the system and the service. So right now, the tray are sliding without any solution from Experbath.

The shower doors supplied by the seller are non-compliant. The glass panels are warped, curved in the center, which prevents them from closing properly. There is a 10 mm gap in the center of the doors, rendering the shower unusable. The shower was installed according to the instructions (available on the seller's website: video “SHAWA E20 Installation”). The doors were adjusted correctly, which is not difficult to do; you just need to turn four screws to raise or lower the doors. No adjustment can straighten the curvature of the doors; it is intrinsic to their manufacture. I sent several photos to the seller clearly showing the deformation of the glass doors. I asked the seller to replace the shower doors. After about twenty email exchanges, the seller is still blaming us, explaining how to adjust the doors. The seller is acting in bad faith and stringing me along. He wants to discourage me from replacing the defective doors.
After a few exchanges and reading this review, the seller kindly sent me new shower doors. These are free from defects and fit properly. The sellers therefore acknowledged their mistakes and acted accordingly.

We sincerely regret that our initial attempts to resolve this—by sending magnets and providing adjustment instructions—did not fix the issue.
We fully understand that, in this specific case, manual adjustments cannot compensate for an intrinsic bend in the tempered glass. Therefore, to resolve this matter once and for all, we have arranged for a full replacement of your shower doors.

New Shipment: A new set of doors has been requested from our logistics department to ensure a perfect fit and seal.
Estimated Delivery: You will receive the new doors by the end of next week.
Tracking: As soon as the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Great product, reliable and efficient service
We placed a second order for a made-to-measure shower screen door having successfully installed our first one from Expertbath and were equally impressed with the experience this time around. From the ordering process where very precise information is requested, through to the updates on manufacture, despatch and delivery, the whole process is very reassuring and ensures the perfect outcome. The items arrive in very robust packaging to minimise any risk of damage.
