I've used expertmedical a few times (probably at least 5 times over the past year or so) for my day 2 + 8 PCR tests. The first few times everything went smoothly and I received my results within 2 days. The two more recent times the day 2 results took longer than 72h, however when I contacted them the result came within the day. This wasn't much of an issue for me as I was in quarantine anyway. The day 8 tests came back early morning on day 11, so I could end my quarantine as planned. I really appreciate how affordable they are and that they have lowered their prices

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. This was for a 2nd day test following return from Spain. Unable to register the kit as the Bar code provided was not recognised. Same for my wife'skit and bar codet. Contacted them by email and it took 5 days for them to come back only to ask a stupid question. Sent the samples with out registering them on the site and they sent email saying they were unable to continue as i did not register online. Sent 2nd kit out. Bar code still not recognised. Sent email 4 days ago, still no reply.
NOT TO BE TRUSTED. SPEND YOUR MONEY WISELY WITH A REPUTABLE COMPANY THAT HONOURS WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

Did exactly what they said they would; arrived on time, returned results on time. Would definitely use again

not professional i re-order my kit and more then 2 month i am waiting every time you call same reply you order in process and 2 month not received yet

I’ve seen lots of negative feedback on this company after I bought a test kit. A decent and cheapest price on the internet and not like these greedy money grabing gov adviced companies who charge up to 4x what this company is charging. After buying the test I stumbled over the reviews, I have to be honest, I had my doubts but have to say that I cannot complain at all. I ordered a day 2 & 8 test, which where received within less than 24hrs. Everything is very well documented and easy to use. The info leaflet states that results will be received latest within 72 of receiving the test. Send day 2 test off Monday and had my result via email on Wednesday, 28 hrs after they received it Tuesday morning. Let’s see now the result for test 8, but so far I have to be honest, it was faster than the last £130 test I payed for.

-1 star, can not even register my kit on the website, says try google chrome, doesn't work with that either. Does not recognise my barcode number, dont waste your money on it

I was concerned about the negitive reviews but honestly can't fault them. Tests arrived quick and results sent within the given time frame. Used for day 2 PCR test.

I have to say my experience has been first class. Day 2 PCR arrived within two days of ordering, good communication on a query I had post-ordering, then result was back within 48 hours after posting out. So really pleased with my experience. Felt was important to share given all these negatives reviews on here.

Sent in a DAY2 PCR test for analysis. Still waiting for the results nearly 2 weeks later. Don’t bother, waste of time and money.

Ordered two pcr tests got codes straight away however we only received 1 test kit.
Email response very very slow and still haven't received our second kit when requested by email 3 days later.
Requested a refund instead.

Bought PCR from them. When I was filling form online the reference number they provided wasnt applicable. so quickly had to buy test from other company. Still awaiting for refund since beginning of December 2021 and their responses are like from bots only. no real customer service. If you want to part with your money for nothing they're the ones to buy from. BAD BAD BAD.

Verry bad service, i ordered 3 pcr day 2 test kits i have rung them and have been told they havent received samples despite royal mail delivery status being shown thats it has been received and delivered to the company, and now 8 days on i havent heard anything after getting in touch with with them countless time waste of money im absolutely fuming, i wouldnt recommend to anyone seriously they are scammers!!!

It's a scam!!!! Stay away from this company!!!!! They never reply or answer the phone! Fake,Fake,Fake!!!!!!!!! Be aware!!!

Have used Expert Medicals a number of times with no problems. Received kits when expected and results within 72 hours. I had to contact customer service when I entered an incorrect email address and my error was immediately put right.

Terrible service and non existent customer service. First kit couldn’t be acivated due to incorrect bar code. New bar code was sent and test posted but I’ve never receievd my results. Already sent three emails including a formal complaint and the only reply I received was a general email saying that they don’t offer refunds. Completely ignored the issues I have raised. Waste of time and money!

Scammed me out of £112 for 4 PCR tests. Not one family member got a result back, and they ignored 6 emails about it.

Just google maps the property, it looks like an old run down tanning salon.

Complete scam.

If I don't get the refund within the next week I'm going down to the premises to confront them and I'll be reporting them also.
