mobile phone froze ... whilst on experianidentityservice.co.uk didnt get very far then froze .. will wait til phone dies out as unable to turn mobile off ... unable to come off site ... so hope when phones dies out will eliminate the site

I am not a lover of credit scoring…
I am not a lover of credit scoring companies as I rarely use credit.
They allow companies such as PayPal, who are only partially signed up to UK regulations, to post incorrect information and never remove it.
However, this isn't a scam site, the link is provided on the official website if you select Forgot details.

Don't bother - unless you want to hand over ALL your data and card details.
Don't bother. after entering ALL your personal details, confirming who you bank with, who you have a mortgage with and so on, it then wants your credit card details to add on file. Yeah right.
It's dishonest, since it does not tell you this at the beginning of the process. It is apparently to help prevent fraud, yet it is dressed up exactly like a fraud.
