Not safe to order

Not safe to order

I have ordered baby milk a few times via this company, from the UK to Spain. The first 2 orders were fine, however the last one has been delayed by over 3 weeks and the company refuse to cancel it and also are not able to guarantee where the milk has been stored during this entire time. This means that when (or if) I receive this order, I won't be able to use this product as its not safe. The company are trying to claim that the delay is due to Covid, but this is not accurate as I have received plenty of deliveries from abroad and all were on time. The issue here seems to be Brexit, and that ExpatEssential did not check the new procedures for export. So be aware, if you order something to an EU country, it will be delayed and you might need to pay customs. Expat Essential does not provide a number you can call them at, so also don't expect any proper customer service.
