DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY very unprofessional . To make your booking they answer immediately once they take your money you are doomed. We are booked on a trip to turkey in march. When we spoke to the agent she mentiondd there would be a layover as in one or so i thought we just got tje itiniary and we have 2 long as hell layovers on canada and geneva. This is complete bs. I have several health issues that make it impossible to do 2 layovers f about 5 hours each this is inhumane i explained this to the multiple useless agents that i spoke to. They just dont give a dam. They dont care nor do they make any effort to try to accomodate your flight not even for medical reasons that can be documented. The agent named mary who is the one that responds to alon of these reviews was very unsymphatetic . I called several times and requested that my case be escalated well after supposedly reviewing my case it was still denied. I asked mary for a manager or supervisor i was told this was impossible that they would not speak to me she refused to give me the name of mngt and i inspite of receiving an email saying that they were going to try to put me in a flight with only 1 layover they said this was a mistake and retracted what thry said they would do. Mary sent an email immediately after i hung up saying to disregard the previous email how convenient . Very dissapointed with how this problem was handled we booked this trip along time ago and have been looking forward to going now i dont even want to go anymore. The customer service ANSOLUTELY SUCKS you have been warned RUN book with a reputable company who puts their customers first. These people dont care.
