We always do our best to deliver the orders as soon as it is possible. Your order has been delivered in 3 days after shipping. The overall delivery took longer because you have placed your order on 22nd of December late afternoon so we were not able to ship it before Christmas holidays. You were informed when you were placing the order that the order will be delivered after the New year, when holidays ends.

Please check with your relatives, colleagues or friends if somebody pick the package on your behalf. Sometimes this happens and your close people just don't tell you about it.

However, ocassionally, even when we do our best, the delay of the delivery happens. Your package was on the way to you longer that was expected and we are sorry about this.
