First time purchase, extremely satisfied
This was my first time purchasing from exclusivepen. I burnt my hands once ordering a Faber Castell e-motion pure black fountain pen on Amazon and got a completely different pen in the box (an ondoro ballpoint pen) which I returned immediately. Since the general non availability of this particular model, found one on exclusivepen and decided to ship it.
Admittedly I was hesitant since I'm not much aware about this seller and the price of the pen isn't exactly modest that I can write it off since shipping overseas involves customs and duties etc., I paid for the expedited shipping by DHL and awaited eagerly.
I got prompt notifications of my order copy and invoice and the shipping details as advertised on the product page within 24 hours since it was in stock. I even got a notification that this item was being transferred from their external vendor/warehouse which would take a days time. Once it was shipped with the tracking number updated I kept checking almost 20 times a day on the DHL website since some of my internatianal shipping have never arrived and had to go for a refund. But again as advertised the product was received at my country in 4 days + 3 more days for customs clearance and now I'm one happy customer. Absolutely love the pen, it's genuine and I'm really happy with the purchase. Thank you team for making this operation hassle free and with the prompt updates!
Next time I'll be purchasing from you guys without too much worries.
