Always quick and friendly service.

Excellent service. Always a prompt response & the team will do all they can to facilitate your request. I have used Exchange holiday homes for years & have never had a bad experience. Keep it up 👍

Service is always prompt and efficient. However it is not always easy to persuade owners to let property through the scheme. We have built up points which we want to use but despite trying to book early, we are having difficulty in using them.

Personal contact via phone or email is great.
Website needs an overhaul as it is not very user friendly to search.
Not enough availability showing.
Insistence on names of people is annoying. You are booking the property, would be better to have a lead person named and insistence that the property occupancy is not exceeded.

Considering the difficult circumstances finding 'staycation' accommodation this year, because of the pandemic, I was very pleased to find a satisfactory exchange for this summer. The EHH staff have a difficult task with most property owners preferring to rent their properties to holiday makers to recoup their losses from last year. I have always been pleased with the many exchanges that have been successfully arranged for me over the years, and hope to continue working with the friendly helpful staff at EHH. Well done.

As usual the EHH team did their best to find us an exchange. Not easy at the moment, but happy to say we're going on holiday! They are always quick to respond and to keep me up to date with enquiries made. Excellent!

After many attempts at an exchange, we were finally successful. The automated system of requesting failed, but was eventually rectified with an email request to EHH staff regarding our interest. After the staff were engaged, it ran smoothly and quickly to a positive conclusion.

Always at the end of the phone to help. Emails answered promptly. I've exchanged several times now, and nearly all were in lovely properties.

We've had some great swopping experiences with EHH, as both guests and hosts. Staff have been unfailingly helpful and responsive. My reservation is that I think the booking fee has got rather high. And that it's hard to pinpoint holiday homes in places where we want to stay without a map, although I understand the revamped website will include maps.
