Dear Customers, Suppliers, and Industry Members,
We are issuing this public alert to warn everyone about a serious cheating incident involving Hebei Keluo Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., China.
Our company purchased a VOLVO A40D Dumper Engine from this supplier after providing them with complete details:
Vehicle Model: VOLVO A40D (Dumper)
Chassis Number: A40D13460
Engine Plate Number: D12DADE3*606133
Full Payment Made in Advance
8 Months Warranty Clearly Mentioned on Invoice
Despite giving accurate specifications, the supplier sent us the wrong engine — a VOLVO D12D Excavator Engine, which is only suitable for EC330 / EC360 / EC460 excavators, and NOT suitable for the A40D dumper.
This clearly shows:
Wrong product supplied
False warranty promise
Serious lack of responsibility
Misleading and unethical business practices
After receiving the incorrect engine, we immediately contacted the supplier and provided:
Photos & videos
Technical evidence
Documentation
Repeated follow-up messages
However, the company did not provide any solution, replacement, or refund.
They stopped responding and completely ignored our complaint.
