The have provided consistency through out 150mb changed to 900mb speeds are always around 800 to 900 again this is over 3 years of being with them. I cant fault their customer service and consistency.... See more

Great customer service

Great customer service, got back to me very quickly when I raised an issue. Worked with me to solve it, then offered me a free speed upgrade.

Signed up with this company

Signed up with this company. It guarenteed 900 mbps but I only reached around 10-30 Mbps. Had plenty of email
contact & achieved nothing.

Been contacted & they are working towards resolving the problem now.

Brilliance and at affordable price

The have provided consistency through out 150mb changed to 900mb speeds are always around 800 to 900 again this is over 3 years of being with them. I cant fault their customer service and consistency. Absolutely brilliant. When no one would provide our area, they supplied and fitted and spent thousands of pounds to do the job. They deserve an applause for their hardworking and efforts. Middle finger to all other broadband providers, especially Vodafone.

Great service

Great service from Reece and Thomas.

We moved from our old provider and we just had issues with the old provider and we should of got connected on the 13/04 because old proivder wouldnt cancel the old contract so Thomas and Reece worked together to get me online ASAP. Got connected 15/04.

They also keeped me up to date on the process so well done both off you

Finally! Broadband That Delivers!

Switching from my previous provider was a doddle. No pushy sales, just great kit (super impressed with the hub and its features) and excellent service.

The speed is not only faster than my old provider on the same line, but it’s more consistent too, even with multiple devices connected.

Best of all, it’s super easy to contact the Exascale team through the app; always a prompt and helpful response.

I’d highly recommend Exascale to anyone looking for reliable, hassle-free broadband.

Had an issue with our fibre

Had an issue with our fibre, Mark came out & got us back online, with the exception of spending 10hrs over two days. They went above & beyond, great service.

Great services, transit, colocation and network

I reached out to Thomas for services, specifically colocation, transit and layer2/backhaul, my experience has been above and beyond with not only quick responses but such a friendly manner from all members I have met, in person everyone made an effort to say hello and introduce themselves which is refreshing considering I am far from a typical client as for my business we need a very tailored service but I have zero regrets of using Exascale and we look forward to building with such a great company.

I now have colocation, local ip transit and a l2, the colocation has been faultless and move in was easy, temps are great and power is stable.

Network wise Exascale is amazing with some of the lowest pings and latency we have seen from any other colocation we used in the UK and plans to expand the location with more on site local services and upgrades, using a l2/backhaul means i am very sensitive to the latency between the 2 locations and its again the best I have seen compared to other UK hosts we have used.

Overall Exascale are professional, very reasonably priced (not the cheapest but you pay for the quality, even still very well priced) and overall amazing to work with.

GREAT OUTSTANDING Service

GREAT OUTSTANDING Service, from obtaining the service to installation all in the same week. When BT had let us down, these guys got us up and running even with Mark and his colleague working on a Saturday to get this service installed. Will recommend Exascale 10 times over to anyone! Truly amazing!!
