As an EV novice, they gave me all the information I was looking for, i stated how much I wanted to spend, they came in under that, and I have the car I wanted and needed! Bought a jaguar I pace from Jake who had listed the car at a reasonable price, he was helpful with the part ex on my ICE vehicle, he was easy to contact with any questions and quick to respond, the car was fully serviced and new MOT ready for me to pick up within 3 days , the car was fully valeted and hand over was a simple easy process, would highly recommend to anyone

Just bought a nearly new electric Seat Mii from EV Wales.
We enjoyed the experience from start to finish. Lovely company to deal with. Our contact Jake was excellent, he was very straightforward, always did what he said he would do and knew his stuff. The description of the car which we bought unseen was honest and accurate. We are EV newbies and were buying the car 300 miles from home, the advice re charging stations and a suggested route home was invaluable and a nice touch from EV Wales. We would not hesitate to use them again. Oh, and we like the car!

It would be hard to imagine a better place to buy an EV. We are the proud new owners of a BMWi3 and the experience of working with the owner,Jake Wreford,has been excellent. Objective advice,no hassle or over zealous sales hype and a clear guide to the merits and faults of a whole range of potential purchases.His experience of purchasing used vehicles has given us a fantastic bargain with the i3 and for any potential purchaser it is worth remembering that EVs make brilliant choices as they do not deteriorate mechanically and the battery life far exceeds 100,000 miles. I would not hesitate to recommend using this fantastic outfit.

We bought a Nissan Leaf from these guys late Nov 20, the selection of cars was good, competitively priced and across a broad range.

We were completely new to electric cars, and after years of owning traditional vehicles it felt a little out of our comfort zone. Jake was both knowledgable and patient in explaining the pro’s and con’s of each model, what to expect from ownership and which model would suit our requirements the best.

We never felt under any pressure to purchase or extend our budget but once we did settle on a car, delivery was made promptly ahead of schedule and again Jake was patient in explaining some of the basics to us.

We are very pleased with the car, it’s perfect for us and we have recommended EV Wales to some friends who are also considering going electric.

Recently purchased a Hyundai Kona from EV wales. Not only is the car and premises really good, but the staff were really friendly.

It was a strange experience purchasing a car during Covid times, but Jake was really good and made us feel at ease.

EV Wales is the only dedicated Electric Vehicle dealership in the whole of Wales. We heard about the company through our builder when we told him that we were interested in buying an EV and were amazed to discover they were located less than half-an-hour's drive away from us in Pembrokeshire. We visited them to look at a second-hand KIA Soul as part of our research into possible vehicles to buy and decided to buy it there and then! We were offered several different finance options but, as interest rates were falling dramatically by then, we decided to buy it with a personal loan. We have been delighted with the car, which we would highly recommend as a first electric car for anyone keen to try them out. Everyone says that, once you've driven an EV, you never go back and we can definitely echo that statement! The owners have done an excellent job building up a first-class operation in a remarkably short space of time and we can't recommend them highly enough.
