I had my doubts about this company.
I had my doubts about this company but I thought I would try the smallest transaction possible. They advertise zero fees, so obviously the exchange rate is lower than other firms.
I entered all of the required info and sent the coins to their address and within a few minutes I had the coins exchanged and paid into my BTC account.
As this transaction had worked so smoothly I did a larger one and again in about 10 minutes the coins had been converted and paid into my account.
I definitely recommend this exchange but as mentioned the only downside is the lower exchange rate. On the positive side is no registration is required unlike so many other exchange providers.

I like that it is instant
I like that it is instant. I am just a little confuse because the exchange status it is dobe and sent to my wallet but there is no incoming transaction yet. But anyway, I like the way of the exchange process. Good job team.

Monero to Bitcoin transfer successful but took ages (2 days almost)
Bitcoin confirmations took for over but finally got my funds. Support did answer after a while as well.

Issue fixed quickly, excellent service!!
Every company runs into issues now and then, but it's how they resolve them that makes it an excellent company.
I had a problem with a stuck payment, I mailed support and the issue was fixed the same day with the funds in my wallet. Thankyou Pia, excellent service :-D
