I was told the issue was fixed it was not. Then I received a note I would hear back in three days. Still not fixed.
YOUR staffer Orlando has an awesome personality and even called on a Sunday when I wrote I needed something earlier than next week. That's awesome he has flexibility to meet my schedule. I hope it was good for his schedule too, but that was very nice of him. No way I would have been able to work with Orlando during hte week, but we got it done Sunday. He is awesome!

You state that my account was suspended due to “violations of your Terms of Service” and “activity associated with a major carrier,” but you have not identified any specific conduct, dates, transactions, or examples that would allow me to understand or respond to the allegation. To be clear, I am formally requesting the following: The specific provision(s) of the Terms of Service you allege were violated. A detailed description of the activity in question, including dates, times, and examples.
The nature of the complaint or communication received from the “major carrier” (including whether it was automated, reported, or escalated manually)
Whether this determination was made through automated systems or human review.
Any logs, records, or evidence relied upon in making this decision. A generalized assertion of “violations” without supporting detail does not provide a meaningful opportunity to understand, verify, or respond. Given my six-year history as a consistently paying customer with no prior warnings, this level of opacity is not reasonable. I am requesting a clear, good-faith response with specific findings. I will reserve further action pending your response. I am not satisfied with your initial response and deserve a richer more colorful concrete response that is complete. I signed up for a 7-day free-trial. It has not worked properly since day one. I cannot make any outbound calls. It should not take a technician 5 days to fix the error.

Really difficult to setup and not user friendly at all. Support was very active though which eased the pain but the system is not intuitive

I never signed up for or used EVOICE SERVICES, yet they have been charging my Bank of America credit card for a long time. I also noticed a pattern: when my card is locked, no charge appears, and when it is unlocked, the charge goes through again.
If this were a real subscription, I would expect the company to contact me when a payment failed. That never happened, not by email and not by phone.
Based on my experience, this raises serious concerns about how this company operates. I honestly wish there were a zero-star or even negative-star option, because this experience made me feel like I was being charged unfairly with no explanation. Please check your statements carefully and stay cautious.

The rep was very polite and helpful but my request was not followed up on at all. I asked for an altered receipt with more information on it and they agreed that wouldn't be a problem. I never heard anything again.

EVoice made the account process complicated, they don’t understand D/B/A & denial is guaranteed because they could care less about your business needs. They will deny your DsL, & make you take unnecessary steps which becomes a complete waste of time.
