I have bought from these guys a couple of times, and they’ve been great.
Great packaging for their booster boxes, and fast delivery.
Fair prices.
On one occasion they missed a booster box on one of my orders, but they responded to my email within 12 hours and had it shipped out the same day they replied.

Ordered for the first time last week and the package was delivered within 24 hours!
My order came with a slight tear in my sealed product, I reached out on email with pictures attached and the team set up a return for me.
I have had the replacement delivered today and the condition is perfect for my sealed collection.
Great communication, great customer service, great price and great packaging.
Will 100% be ordering again, thanks guys!

Competitive on price but some came damaged
EDIT: My original review commented on the fact they can have some good deals on but some of the items came damaged. I initially thought the 4% refund fee applied to damaged items also, but they replied saying they would have been happy to refund the damaged items free of charge with pictures, so that’s fair enough. They also said that after feedback, they’ve upgraded their packaging. I haven’t ordered since these changes have been implemented but worth bumping up from 3 star to 4.

Thanks for the review, glad to hear we are competitive on pricing and offer great deals to the market! We had a few people mention packaging on boxes to us, so since October we send all Booster Boxes in soft acrylic cases, I assume your orders were a while ago and you have only now left the review. (I would also point out the boxes we receive from Pokemon are also never perfect, as they simply ship them in the cases with an address label stuck on, they get very much thrown around on the way out to the stores!) We are always happy to sort out damaged products with an easy email, we would never expect someone to be happy with an actually damaged item, had you emailed us with photos we would have resolved that pretty quickly for you! The refund fee of 4% shouldn't put you off ordering, as you shouldn't have a need to be affected by it. A 4% refund fee should only put someone off who was planning on potentially returning something before committing to buy it, which is exactly what we want, you should never be buying TCG items expecting to return them! As mentioned previously, we would not enforce a fee to replace an actually damaged item, we would have just replaced it or refunded it and asked for a return.
I feel an easy email conversation would have helped make your experience a lot better with us but appreciate the feedback either way!
