From the initial contact, through order placement, installation, setup and final handover the service from evheroes has been excellent. I was kept informed throughout the entire process, initially by the office team and then by Kyle, the installation technician. Kyle spent time discussing with me and then considering how the installation could best undertaken to suit my requirements. The final result is both neat and perfect for my needs. I am very happy to give the entire evheroes team 5 stars.

The whole process of getting a home charging point installed through EVheroes was straightforward and I couldn’t fault it at all. On the day of the installation, Kyle arrived on time and explained what he would be doing and where best to situate the charger. Once he was done, he went through setting up the app and what features were available. This is the first electric vehicle we will have so it was really useful to have that guidance. Would definitely recommend EVheroes for anyone getting an EV in the future.

Our fitter, Kyle, was expected at 8am and turned up exactly at 8am. He was very polite and friendly and left everywhere clean and tidy. Kyle discussed everything with us and advised positioning of the charger before he started working. He worked hard and got the job done in the time specified which was about 3 hours. The longest part was connecting the charger to the Wifi but others were at the end of a telephone to help. The problem was to do with the speed of the wifi rather than Kyle.
We did have a problem when we tried to charge overnight on the first night but we had excellent telephone support who were available immediately. We also spoke to the same person each time which meant they knew our situation and we didn't have to explain it again.
Overall we are extremely happy with EV Heroes and our EV charger.

Johnny came out and completed our survey and then installed the charger. He was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable of the product. He cleared everything away and I would highly recommend this company.

Kyle installed the Ohme Home Pro at our house - great job - nice and neat installation and very quick and easy from initial enquiry to being up and running with the new charger. Would 100% recommend.

Fantastic from start to finish, 100% professional and efficient, from Rachel who took my initial enquiry to Connor who installed the charger, I cannot speak highly enough of both of them. Knew there products well, were engaging, polite and a credit to the company. Highly recommended.

Josh Crane worked effectively to complete the job of putting in an electric charger to a high standard. He was polite, cheerful and professional and I would recommend him.

I have just had my charger installed by EV Heroes.
Service has been excellent, Rebecca in the office was extremely helpful and talked me through the different chargers available.
Conor and Kyle have been today to fit the charger. They turned up on time and were very professional. Not the easiest of installations due to the position of my driveway which is set away from the house but they have done an extremely neat job and ensured that I understood the charger app before they left.

EV Heroes provided an excellent service. Jonnie my installer was excellent. He arrived on time, Friendly and completed a Very tidy installation. Would recommend them.

Johnny arrived early and explained exactly what he was going to do. He got straight to work and let me know exactly where he was up to ahead of connecting the power. He tidied up after himself, gave me a demo of the app and was on his way. Excellent service.

Excellent service today from Johnny. He was very knowledgeable, he set up the charger quickly and efficiently, leaving no mess. He was able to advise me on where best to fit the charger to avoid it being an eye sore on the front of the house.
