Just had my installation done today, the company was good to deal with from the beginning and answered knowledgeably a lot of questions (thanks Rebecca) with some actual unbiased advice. Kyle was the lad they sent to do the actual installation which was far from the ordinary in terms of routing,and other companies had actually point blank refused to want to do it,because of the extra time and hassle required. He did a neat job and left everything clean and tidy. A credit to himself. He even showed me how to set up and use the app for the charger at the end! I'd have no issues and be comfortable recommending this company for an EV charger. 10/10.

Absolutely brilliant service. Highly recommend. So professional from the moment I contacted them to the moment they left having installed my EV Charger. Rebecca in the office was the person who assisted me in the different EV chargers, explained the whole process step by step no sales tactics or pressure to purchase.
She knew what she was talking about, spoke confidently and saw me through the whole purchase process.
Then there was installation … Kyle was installer and wow what a great job he did. Very neat & tidy and throughout explained everything properly about what he was going to do, how long he’ll be … Oh and I must mention my appt was 8am and this guy was already at my door at 8am :)
His workmanship & customer service can’t be faulted. I would not hesitate to use this company again due to their amazing staff and I would certainly recommend them to friends, family, colleagues. The fact they are local to me was an added bonus. EV Heroes .. hope you maintain that excellent service 👌🏽

Thank you especially to Matt who did a great job. Super helpful and professional. Left everything tidy and explained thoroughly. Our previous experience of having an EV fitted by Octopus sub contractor was dreadful. I would recommend going to EV heroes every time.

Matt did a great job. He managed to conceal the cable in the cavity so nothing on show other than the box itself which is a very smart looking charger as they go.
Two hours start to finish but a fare amount of the time was drilling and trying to fish the cable through to the meter box. Top job.

Matt installed my EV charger station and helped with plenty of advice about downloading the app, using the leads etc. Highly recommended.

Kyle fitted my Tesla charger in a friendly, yet professional, manner. The work was completed quickly with little fuss. The workmanship was to a high standard and I am very happy with the finished product and overall service

Great experience. Customer service was good. Maddison in the office made all the arrangements and sorted a quick install. Kyle turned up as arranged and took his time to work out the best route for the cable and charger. Excellent service all round.

Kyle installed my charger by Bumblebee. There has been no issues. Kyle helped me download the app and explained how to use it etc. Great service. Thank you.

Great company to deal with, start to finish, from Rebecca and Rachel on the phone, really helpful and professional, guided me to the best charger for me, answered all my questions very patiently, to Connor the fitter, great, neat, clean job, explained everything to me including the App, very polite and respectful of my property, would definitely recommend.

Great work from Kyle on the install. Very neat and left me clearly understanding how to use the charger. Completed with minimum input from me and very neat job.

Great experience from sales perspective with Matt too installation was done within 6 working days of order which is good going.

Very good communication, showed up when they said they would, installed the charger in my preferred location. I wasn’t home when the installer fitted the unit - my wife was but he left his number for me in case I had any questions. Nice and tidy install with no issues. A credit to the company. If I move house or want one fitted at work, I know who to call. Spot on thanks

Kyle came today to fit the new charger, well where do I start!! He couldn’t do enough for us, he is polite and courteous and went through the loft for a much neater finish even though we’re not boarded up there! Finished the job extremely professionaly
Went through the app on completion with me.

EV Heroes were very informative about what type of home charger would suit my needs, reasonable price, previously let down by another person who was supposed to fit product, so EV Heroes pulled out all the stops to get it fitted in quick time. Engineer Matt arrived on time, work undertaken efficiently, went through instructions, very polite and professional.
Had to contact him later with a query and he answered the call even if it may have been outside of his hours and called back later to ensure we were sorted, excellent. Would highly recommend
