I have been waiting 3 weeks but am yet to receive my purchase. No communication.

Although the stuff did not work for me, I have to say that they have been a very honorable company and that is hard to find these days so I appreciate that.

I ordered the bleaching kit which arrived quite quickly. But some reason the mould wasn’t right for my mouth and a second kit was sent out. Again really quick. So looking forward to bleaching my teeth

I have ordered over a week ago but no updates and not picking my calls and no reply to my emails. Doubtful if the company is in operation used to be a good company but now am skeptical. Order details

Very bad experience. I have ordered to have retainer and they sent me only one tray which it was too small. I tried to contact them via email and voicemail because nobody answered at the phone.

Slow shipping .slow reply .
The only good thing was that I got the refund but they wasted my time and energy .

Your competitor was able to give me the retainer in one week and you were not able to give me the right tray in 2 weeks.

I placed an order and everything was good initially - really helpful customer service.
Seemed reputable from reviews. Unfortunately the retainers sent do not fit. So I spoke to them and they advised me to send my new and original retainer moulds and they will kindly re make. I also purchased insurance.
I have sent the moulds back, via tracked Royal Mail as requested, and have tried to call everyday for the last week for any update and it goes straight to answerphone.
They now have my two sets of moulds including my original set and I cannot get through to them. I am hoping they will send back my original retainer moulds if they cannot complete the order. I have no idea why they are unresponsive now, given they were great to begin with .

it was easy and straight forward. The video on how to do the impression was very helpful.
Dispatch updates would be helpful. Would definitely use again.

DO NOT BUY! So iv ordered my retainers top and bottom but they took over a week to send that, then i did my mould and sent it back and its been 2 or more weeks now and theyv not sent me any updates no tracking number nothing and my teeth have shifted so i doubt the retainer will even fit and i doubt they will give a refund too absolutely rubbish company

Everything about my experience with everything teeth was amazing!! Firstly, the impressions were very easy to do due to the detailed instructions and the video on their website. The customer service is great and they respond to emails very quickly. The retainers I received were perfect and I cannot thank them enough. I 100% recommend everythingteeth and if I ever need anything else dental related I WILL be buying from them :)

A really good service if you are happy to take the time to diy imprint! It was straightforward and had good tutorials. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Bought some for my daughter and she said they fitted perfectly. She didn't have to wait too long either.

Have used everything teeth a few times now and every time have been very happy. They provide a personal service (and actually reply to their emails - usually the same day!), and when I had an issue it was resolved easily. Have ordered several retainers from them and they’ve all been great quality. They use traditional moulds which work so much better than the modern photo method - I’ve never managed to get retainers to fit properly when done with that type of scanner. Highly recommend.
