Miss shakira

Miss shakira. Was very helpful in trying to find the coverage I need. She went beyond and above trying to help me, but unfortunately, it was me. I don't have the money right now, but her voice and her people skills were very excellent.\n Hopefully. You all would conversate her because she was a brilliant advocate. I really enjoyed talking with her. She was friendly, respectable Curtis and kind and had a beautiful voice. Well spoken, I told her when my situation changed. Hopefully, in April that I would get back into contact with her. Because I felt comfortable in talking with her. She made me feel At ease and again, she went above and beyond to try to accommodate me with the insurance I needed for my Volvo. Everything breaks process is broken

This was the worst process ever. When you get the warranty they claim it’s same day processing of claims . Not true . My car was in the shop for two weeks waiting for the process to be completed. I dropped my car off on a Thursday . The adjuster takes 24-72 hours to come see the car or get pictures or confirmation from the shop. They are not open over the weekend and they have to personally call the shop to give payment over the phone . So your claim sits in queue until it’s your turn.
I still had to pay an out of pocket cost because they claim that the dealer was over charging for a part . But the warranty says all parts are covered, but they put a limit on what they will pay . Worst process ever . I would not recommend this warranty company to my worst enemy.

After reviewing the contract under Shartece Harper, we confirmed that the claim was initiated on 1/15/2026 and approved and paid on 1/22/2026 in the amount of $1,602.54. While we strive to process claims as quickly as possible, some factors can impact timing, including the required inspection process, shop communication, and—in this case—inclement weather conditions in the area, which contributed to part of the delay.

Regarding coverage, while contracts do cover parts, they do include pricing limits based on industry standards, which can result in an out-of-pocket difference if a repair facility charges above those limits. We understand this can feel unexpected, and we regret that it was not a better experience for you.

Your feedback is important to us, and we will be using it to review how we communicate timelines and coverage details more clearly. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and are sorry we did not meet your expectations on this occasion.

Everything Breaks is trash

Everything Breaks is a classic fly-by-night insurance company. Communication is terrible, follow-through is nonexistent, and customer service is outright horrible. Getting anyone to respond is a struggle, and when they do, it’s excuses instead of solutions.

The manager, Cley Hudson, was especially unhelpful and dismissive. There was no sense of accountability or urgency, just constant frustration and wasted time. This company does not value its customers and does not operate professionally.

If you’re looking for reliable insurance or even basic customer service, look elsewhere. Dealing with Everything Breaks was a mistake.

1 star is 2 too many

My heater stopped working mid-November. Since the shop didn't accept EB (SMART GUYS!), I had to pay $700 out of pocket to replace the blower motor & resistor. I had to finance it, because I'm on a fixed income and don't have that kind of money lying around. I'd paid almost that much for my premiums already, and called trying to cancel. It was the weekend, so of course there was no one who could do the cancellation. Ok, fine. Another $100 charge hits, I decide maybe it's worth keeping for some other repairs I might need down the line.

3rd week of December, heater stops working again. I take it back to the shop, they check their work and the replacement parts are fine, so they advise it may be an electrical issue, outside their wheelhouse. So I make an appointment with the dealership for Friday, 1/2/2025 at 8 AM. Give the service advisor my EB info, then never hear back all weekend. Call at 10:30 AM today 1/5, service advisor tells me it's the TIPM that's bad ($2200), and a couple other issues I should take care of, totalling over $4300. Tells me he'd only just now finally heard back from EB and they're covering EXACTLY NOTHING. 🤬 Furthermore, it may take WEEKS to get the TIPM.

I take care of my 91 year old mother. We live out in the desert and I CANNOT be without transportation for a month! I figure, maybe I can get a rental car through EB, since I've now paid them at least $800 and have gotten nothing but frustration and crap customer service. That does NOT seem to be an outrageous request to anyone with an ounce of integrity and an actual commitment to customer service.

Call EB, tell them my issue. OF COURSE they don't cover car rentals if the work being done isn't covered. I'm FURIOUS. I tell the guy I want to talk to someone NOW. He says it's better for me to get a call back ("It could be in just a few minutes, but within 24 hours") instead of waiting on hold. That was 2+ hours ago.

So now I'm gonna call and cancel, tell them to refund my premiums since now I've got to rent a car for who knows how long AND pull 4 grand out of my ass somehow to fix my van, because these people are SCAMMERS who sell a "bumper to bumper" warranty but as all these 1⭐ reviews are testament to, will find ANY reason not to cover the work.

Edit to add: The app is non-functional and the website is useless.

Post-scammer reply edit: Now I must PAY to cancel this contract, which has covered exactly NOTHING, EVER. Funny how quickly they respond to bad reviews, but not to actually being HELPFUL. Zero stars, RUN AWAY.

In November, the customer contacted us to inquire whether the A/C blower motor would be covered. At that time, the customer was advised that repairs may be performed at any licensed repair facility of their choosing, provided the facility completes a diagnosis and contacts us directly to initiate a claim prior to repairs being made. We did not receive any call from a repair facility to open a claim for the blower motor repair. We will however review the claim for possible reimbursement if the customer provides a copy of the repair order for review.

Please submit a copy of the paid repair order to our attention. Make certain it contains details of the covered vehicle and the repair cost. We will verify claim eligibility and confirm the cast is within industry standards. We will refund the approved amount as a one-time exception. It is important that all future claims are reported to the claim department as outlined in the service contract.

Regarding the subsequent dealership diagnosis, a claim was submitted for review. After evaluating the findings, the Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM), belt tensioner, idler pulley, and engine mounts were determined to be non-covered components, as they are not listed under the “What Is Covered” section of the contract. As such, the claim was denied in accordance with the policy terms.

Rental vehicle benefits are only available when repairs are associated with a covered claim. Since the diagnosed repairs were not eligible for coverage, rental assistance could not be authorized.

We regret the frustration this situation has caused and encourage the customer to contact our Member Services Department if they wish to submit documentation for reimbursement review or discuss cancellation options in accordance with the policy guidelines. We remain committed to reviewing any eligible documentation provided and assisting within the terms of the contract.
