The website is extremely poor and barely usable. The app is not great either, but the user experience on the website is genuinely awful.
I selected Ponds Forge in Sheffield, chose the session I wanted, and then decided to check other available sessions. There was no clear “back” button on the page, so I used the browser’s back button. I then found a suitable slot and completed the booking.
Only afterwards, when I checked the booking in the app, did I realise that the leisure centre had automatically reset to the first option on the list — Abbey Leisure Centre — instead of staying on Ponds Forge, which I had originally selected.
As a result, I paid for a session at the wrong leisure centre. This is a serious UX issue: the site should not silently change the selected location during the booking process.
Unfortunately, this is not the first problem I have had with this app and website. The whole system feels unreliable, confusing and badly designed.

Swimming with SEN
I took my 4 years old who is SEN swimming for the 1st time! It was a brilliant experience. The teaching pool was perfect height for him, the life guards were always alert and walking about. The changing rooms were also clean and easily accessible. All in all I will be going back again!

the website is very bad
the website is very bad, I tried several times to register the child, although I have a child already registered, it is not possible to put it in a single account, I have to make another one, so how do you create 2 passwords, with all these minuses of 3 or I try to pay for the second child and it tells me something is not working, call the center, error, it seems strange to me such a large center with a website that works very badly; plus I don't understand why they have so much money, they made me pay for 2 months and in a month they will return it from my account; I am disappointed, the website should work perfectly and the money should be paid for the 37th month, not in advance
