Pleased with the installation of 10 solar panels and a battery. The installation crew were clean, tidy and helpful, and took time to try and sort some IT issues. Additional, patient support from the office resolved the problem. There were some delays in the installation and communication might have been a bit better regarding these, but overall I am very happy.

I got a 5 kWh battery and 8 solar panels installed this winter.

Very happy with the work and the service received - Jay and the team did a great job of the install, punctual, tidy, and explaining everything I needed to know at the end.

The panels themselves seem to be performing well too, producing more energy than expected even though it's the middle of winter, so that's a bonus.

What did the company do well? So many things. Firstly they did a very balanced and thorough survey so that they knew what would be required to make a successful installation in my old stone built property.
After this they gave me a detailed costed proposal for all the work that would be required, including a projection of the energy usage and temperaturs of the rooms, throughout the year. When scheduled they arrived promptly and tore into the work so wee would not be inconvenienced for longer than necessary. It was clear they had a detailed plan of what they would all be doing at any time and what materials would have to be delivered at the right intervals. I felt they were optimistic on time scales but they proved me wrong! Everything went very much to plan, There was a slight glitch immediately after install but they came along immediately and corrected the problem. Everyone I met from the company was extremely helpful and patient while I got to understand the detailed ins and outs of owning a heat pump.

I had Evergreen design and install an air-source heatpump. Everyone on the team from the initial call to the system design and install/commissioning were friendly, professional and worked with us to ensure we had a correctly sized system with minimum downtime between removal of the gas combi boiler and install of the AHSP- particularly important for an install in the autumn. At the design stage we asked for one radiator to be specified slightly larger to future proof it against removing a wall at a later date, which the team were happy to include. During the install the team were efficient and conscientious about getting the heating working over the weekend before finishing early on the next week. The installers were great at cleaning up as they went along and managed to fit the hot water tank in a way that maximised the available space, taking into account the few minor snags we encountered without a second thought. Shout out in particular to the Electrician Evergreen had working on the install, who suggested and installed an extra breaker for us so that we could replace our gas hob with an induction one soon after. It's early days yet but the AHSP is doing its job nicely and is providing a much more even heat throughout the house than the old system ever managed. Great work!

From start to finish, comms and clarity of process on my heat pump install - starting with some basic details, a site visit, review of my home report/quote review, to scheduling the install date - were genuinely exemplary.

The installation process was hassle-free with almost no disruption. Conor and the team provided an excellent level of comms and education on the installation specifics, and were happy to indulge me on all of my nerdy questions.

Considering the HP horror stories out there in the wild, my experience was great - and living with the system has been totally seamless. Goodbye electric boiler.

Professional, Knowledgeable, and conscientious are the words I would use to describe Evergreen Energy.
From first contact instigated by me to the handover Evergreen Energy staff could have not done more to make this massive move from gas to electric simpler with clear explanations of all my options every step of the way.
The installation team were brilliant. They took out our old gas boiler and installed a new ASHP system. They worked quickly, tidily, and overall did a brilliant job with little disruption to our daily lives.
The big question is does all this work? Answer – Yes, we have a ASHP with 200l tank in the garage. The house is always warm (not inefficiently hot) and we always have hot water on demand.
The system is powered by our solar panels and battery, and both compliment each other very well helping to keep our bills and more importantly our carbon footprint down.

Good service by the team from sales to the installation.
Just finished installing the ASHP and I hope this works as it should. I am not a tech knowledgeable person like most of you. I like to adjust the controls manually and as when required. But in this modern Telephone era we have to rely on our phones.

From our first contact with Evergreen, we found the sales staff professional and knowledgeable there wasn’t any pressure to buy, full heat loss survey was carried out and then a quote was given, it was the most competitive. When the installation team arrived they were efficient, professional, and knew exactly what they were doing, they installed the ASHP quickly and cleanly, and left our pipe work in a better condition than before they arrived. They left the site clean and tidy each night. I cannot recommend this company too highly all contact with the company was handled with professionalism and all calls were returned quickly. I am really satisfied with the heat pump installation earlier this year. The process was explained and there was no hard sell and the work was completed within 5 days. The communication and customer service with Evergreen is excellent. There was a tiny leak from one of the radiators after a month but they arranged for someone to fix that really quickly. Installers were polite and tidy and explained how to work the system which is really easy to manage on an app. Even this summer I can already see the savings on my fuel costs. I am happy with the service from Evergreen and the heat pump has been really easy to work with for our household.

This is my experience with evergreen energy.
Had a quote back in September 2021 and accepted it. Booked it in 7th February for the work to be done, contacted them the week before and was told they are ready. Had a week off work for the job as it was 4 days work, I had already done most of the work with the cabling, access and building work so the job was very simple. 7th came no workers, they told me tomorrow, this happened every day until Friday when they turned up and went after 1 hour.
Twice they left us with no heating for a full weekend, one was 3 days when it was -4 degrees outside.
The quality of work was absolutely horrendous, inadequate and wrong insulation on pipework, pipes going through walls with no protection and lots more, no one checks the quality of the work and left the work to the install engineers that had never been trained. We had over 10 different engineers on site and no one knew what the last one did, one guy even blew the unit up at one point, we also had to get our own electritian to change the breaker in the consumer unit because it kept tripping out and their electrician didnt have the parts. The management side is beyond poor, only coming towards the end of the job did they start to contact us to tell us what they were doing and when they was turning up.
No one has balanced the system and will need to do this in winter to get the efficiency up, no one set the system up for maximum savings, the homely system they supply is ok for business's but not for houses.
The work was finally completed after 4 months.
But on a positive note, I have a free first service.
Would I recommend them, no, not unless you know how the system should be and the specification they must work too. Until they resolve the issue with quality of the work and the lack of management structure, I'd stay away.

Absolutely thrilled with my new heating system that I used the BUS government grant in order to afford. Not only did Evergreen Energy install an ASHP, they also put in a modern water tank and three new radiators! The whole team were competent, friendly and polite. Shout out to Vince, Gregg, Gareth, Connor and Eden who were all fab! I 100% recommend choosing Evergreen Energy for installing a sustainable and low carbon impact heating system :D

We have had our ASHP since March and another instance where everyone involved had to work overtime in order to complete the schedule , wasn't an issue. THANKS to Josh for help with all the administration ( and Ryan , Dan, Maria and everyone involved. I would give them 6 stars if the category existed - Its such big undertaking of work from planning, decommissioning of old to new installation BUT fresh air now heats our house !! I would 100% recommend Evergreen Energy Ltd.

All at Evergreen really went that extra mile to get the air source heat pump installation working by the deadline. Both the office and the installation teams were friendly, informative and proficient. It was a pleasure having Evergreen carry out the job and we thoroughly recommend them.

We applied for a green homes grant to help pay for a new heat pump, but shortly after applying the government announced the scheme was closing. Evergreen were extremely helpful and managed to help complete everything necessary on time so that the grant application went through. Despite being up against it timewise, all the work was completed in November.
We are over the moon with our new heating system , our house is always warm and there is plenty of hot water. It seems incredible that on the coldest day the heat pump can still run efficiently. The homely app makes it very easy to control if we do want to adjust the temperature, and we are so pleased to have an eco friendly heating system.

The guys were absolutely fab- helped with everything from grant applications, to surveys, right through to install and post install discussions. Absolutely thrilled with my heat pump and couldn’t recommend evergreen any higher! Great work team! 👍

Evergreen Energy recently installed an ASHP system at my home, including the upgrading of the HW tank and radiators. From the initial engagement with them through to be completion they have been very supportive of our wish to flex the design of the system to our requirements.
There were some teething problems at the end, Evergreen dealt with the issues professionally and helped to get them resolved.
We financed the system ourselves (with help from GHG and RHI payments over the next 7 years). We had several quotes for the work and felt that Evergreen's price was reasonable.

Good experience, the Evergreen Energy team are very professional and supportive. We had an air source heat pump installed in our 300 year old farmhouse, so unsurprisingly it was a tricky job. The team managed to get it all sorted and we now have a modern heating system throughout the property.

We made use of the 'Assignment of Rights' programme, which means we don't receive any of the government renewable heat incentives, but it meant we had to pay way less upfront for the system. This was the only way we could afford to get the system installed so for us it was a great solution.

Evergreen have given nothing but 5 star service from start to finish.
We had an air source heat pump and complete heating system installation through the assignment of rights scheme. The heating/hot water works perfectly as they promised it would. From the detailed plans and calculations, to the installation and setup of the equipment, nothing was too much trouble and all our questions and requests were answered.
A great company to deal with who are only ever an email/phone call away.
