Shocking behaviour! Gave me a quote paid the deposit and signed the contract, then somehow said I need to pay another £716 on top for extra materials, everything was listed in the contract how can extra materials come into the conversation again! this is total con company, never do business with them, they broke the contract and told me it will take 21 days for the deposit to be returned! What a waste of time and effort!

4 times we arranged for a salesman to visit and 4 times they failed to show up. Not even a courtesy call. Our original enquiry was just for a front door. Clearly they didn't think it worth their while. One of the companies that did come out, ended up with an order for 2x doors, 12 windows and 8 foot bi-folds.

I had 5 windows installed by Everest and I am very happy with the experience. I will be happy to use this company again and recommend to friends!
This company is very professional from sales, production and installation. I was well informed of the process and the team is very efficient in communication and assistant me with inquiries. It’s a great team of people to work with to deliver expected outcomes. It’s a company that can deliver what they promised and even work to optimise the outcomes.

I was very disappointed with the office/ installation prior to windows being fitted. On the initial day of installation, I was told it would have to be delayed for 4 weeks as the wrong colour had been made. No contact unless I phoned them. 2nd install date, again delayed for one day. Although fitters did a good, clean, neat job, they left each day by 1pm so it dragged the job out to 3 days. Fine for them but inconvenient for us. No contact from Everest/Anglian after installation and I'm still chasing them up to get the scaffolding removed. Very poor customer service and although we paid extra for laminated windows to reduce road noise, there is NO reduction in noise as they stated we had to have trickle vents. Not a happy customer.

Booked an appointment. Waited in for it just to be sent a teams meeting link at the scheduled time.
I was told someone was coming to my house. If they’re this lazy to give a quote I don’t hold out much hope for any work they would do.

They came on time, finished promptly and cleaned up all the mess from the installation and also swept the front clean.
Happy installers that were a pleasure to meet and deal with.

Don’t use this company for a conservatory. We had a large conservatory built in 2019/20 by Everest as we thought they would be “the best”, as per the old adverts. However, we’ve had nothing but problems with water leaks ever since. The entire ceiling vent window section had to be replaced due to constant leak issues. The box valley gutter against the main house is not fit for purpose as it has leaked since installation and there isn’t enough of an angle to allow water to run into the downpipe so the gutter always has water in it. We’ve also had multiple leaks in places that shouldn’t be leaking such as 2 corners of the room, over the bifold doors and a drip from a couple of the roof panes. We had them round on at least 3 occasions to fix the problems and were initially told it was condensation. Then, after complaining and getting them round again we were told that the leaks were sorted. Then Everest 2020 went into administration, so no response to additional contact since. The last straw that has caused me to write this honest review today is a puddle next to the bifold doors caused by a significant drip coming from between the bifold door frame! How on earth should that be happening? Save yourself years of issues and stress and go elsewhere.

Called for a quote for a lean-to conservatory replacement appointment booked, time came and went so i called said as anyone phoned you nope no one has called, he said the designer as documented he could not get hold of me that's why they didn't come, ok maybe just a one off so second chance given booked again and again a no show however this time I am not contacting them as I need a reliable company.

We have just had a full window replacement for our home including patio doors and the service, from beginning to end, has been first rate.

Friendly, professional, prompt and with excellent attention to detail; no part could be faulted.

Are there cheaper alternatives? Yes, probably (although the price was definitely reasonable) but I believe you get what you pay for and the work and the finished product is worth every penny

I had windows installed by Everest at a cost of multiple thousands. The quality of the windows themselves is good. However, I asked specifically about window restrictors for first-floor windows and was told by the salesperson that these were included as standard. This turned out to be incorrect, as no restrictors were fitted.
I have since raised this with Everest on multiple occasions, including a formal complaint, and have not received any response. This is disappointing, particularly as it relates to a safety feature in a child’s bedroom. A company of this size should be able to resolve a straightforward issue like this without being chased.
Based on my experience, the sales information and aftercare have been poor.

I am very pleased with the quality and look of my new front door. Communication with the company was easy and all appointments were made and kept professionally. Installation date was moved by 4 days, but it was fine. I got more than 50% discount from the original quote. Thank you Ben, Dan and Leigh for your help and professionalism.

Terrible customer service: I arranged a visit for a quote for a new front door, with a possible view to replacing my double glazing as well.
The appointment time came and went with no contact or attendance. I called to enquire if they were still coming: the service centre told me the rep wasn't reachable on the phone so left them a voicemail. They suggested I call back if no further contact was made and no one came. I suggested that perhaps they call me back if they don't come, which they said they would do, as well as escalating the matter.

To date, I haven't received any update, apology, attendance or follow up. If anyone from Everest reads this and wants to reply then my suggestion is don't bother - I won't be using your company and will recommending other people avoid as well.

Great Experience

Booking the appointment was straight forward, the person on the phone was very polite and professional, and even though after making the booking it had to get pushed back by a few days which wasn't a problem, we were kept in the loop and could pretty much pick a new date and time.

On appointment day, I was called before hand by Geoff (sales rep we would be dealing with) just to ask if he could be there a few minutes early. Which of course was fine.

We cannot praise Geoff highly enough, he was polite, interested, not just about the windows, but the whole house project, he was knowledgeable, could answer questions and very easy to deal with, He stayed late to discuss everything with us even though he would had a late night travel back. He also wasn't pushy at all with trying to force a sale.

Although we didn't use Everest for our windows, this was only down to us wanting a different style of window which Everest didn't do.

But honestly, couldn't be more impressed with Geoff!

Our windows and front door were installed by Stew and Tom - they were excellent; easy to have around; very tidy; explained the processes, what needed doing and raised any issues (along with solutions) as they arose. We were blessed with really good weather and as a result they managed to complete a 2.5 day job in two long days. The product looks great and from a security perspective we feel far more comfortable.
The only issue I have with Everest overall was a push at the outset by the salesman to apply for a finance option despite the fact we made it very clear that would not be taking up any finance. When we stopped the finance application there was a threat that our order would be cancelled - that was overcome, but an unnecessary niggle.
Anyway, we are really pleased with the end result and would recommend Everest (excluding the finance fiasco).

The fitting of a new front door by Sam and Jamie was carried out with great care and professionalism, a great team and we’re very pleased with the product.

I contacted Everest to get a quote and a visit was booked. No one came so I called to find out why. They apologised and said someone would contact me to rearrange, no phone call or email ever received.

Not happy with the style of windows Ive got, they look really old and have ugly air vents on them, dont feel like I was shown all the options, thought I would at least be able to choose style and handles etc, I also asked for additional safety features but didn't come with them.

The day after being installed you are hounded by sales men trying to push more on you for windows and doors.

My house flooded and so I was unable to make payment for the installation, despite paying by BACs which takes 3 working days. threatening to add late payment fees rather than showing any kind of compassion, completely ignored when i said my house had flooded and to bear with.
