Manager Threatened Elderly Mother
Initial work was acceptable. The work crew worked hard and were easy to talk with. Seemed like good guys.
When there was confusion about the lifetime warranty we were contacted by Anthony L. of Everdry. Apparently my mother missed two annual payments, which she was willing to make. We never received any notice from Everdry, which even Tony L. admitted that the notices could get lost in the mail.
He told her he could waive the fee, but refused to do so.
When my mother said she was going to contact the BBB, Anthony L. of Mukwonago, WI then threatened to "sue" her and "take away her house."
He also contacted us very angry about using his name and threatened to "make trouble" for me.
We are certainly frightened and can only hope Anthony L. of Mukwonago has mercy and doesn't take our house. Still waiting for his "legal team" to contact us. What a joke.
Unprofessional. Childish. Bully.
