EVERCROSS 

Bought a new Evercross EV10Z 13 months ago for $500. The control module now needs to be replaced and there aren't any parts in North America. This 1 year old scooter is headed for the junkyard!
Avoid this upstart company that has absolutely no customer service. They don't answer emails and don't have a phone number.

Great product! Works great and their support team was responsive and helpful!

Delivered on time, reasonably priced, and the product came complete with housing and headlight lense (was expectimg only the circuit board) so it was very easy to instal, and works great.

People, be aware of this company, it is a scam. I ordered and paid for two bicycles, but they only delivered one of the bikes. They absolutely don't respond to any of my messages. I tried to email them on several different email addresses, tried the live chat, but no one did ever answer me. I think I lost my money so now I try to warn as many people as I can to not make the same mistake as I did.

Update: the 2nd bike has been delivered.

Within the first 6 months of owning the scooter the control module failed but luckily they sent a replacement under warranty. A few months later the scooter snapped in half while my son was riding it, throwing him off. Evercross said this was not covered under their warranty somehow even though it was a catastrophic failure of their product. They offered a replacement for $90. Beware of this seller

Broke a rear splash guard. I would GLADLY pay for a replacement but cannot get ANY response from customer service. Terrible company!

Scooter died less than a year, brake only electric, my son was riding the scooter and turned off by it self, he couldn't stop because electric brake turned off tool, second thing technical support diagnose the problem and ask me to pay for replacing screen, it didn't work, the said we will send you the motor and the controller if the screen doesn't work for free, then they asked me to pay for shipping, so far I paid $40 for the screen, and I have to pay $30 for other parts, and not sure if the scooter will work again or not, I would add $130 and get my son brand new scooter instead of this headache, evercross scooter prove to us it's not safe, and technical support they give a wrong diagnose and let the customer pay for their unprofessional job. I bought a different brand scooter to my son right now, he is happy with dual brake and drive safer, no more scary evercross scooter, it's not safe.

Do NOT buy anything from this company. The scooter only comes with a 30 day warranty. The shaft of my scooter snapped in half after only riding it a total of about eight hours. The company only offered to replace it if I agreed to write a five star review and pay $100 to have it shipped. I opted out of that. I ended up having it re-welded together Only to ride it for another month or so and then it quit running all together. I thought it was the battery so I purchased a new battery. Nope wasn’t that. Then I figured out. It was the control panel that was burned out. Spent another $60 replacing that. The very first time riding it after those elements were replaced the shaft snapped again. Terrible experience will never buy from this company again I would stay away from it.

Horrible customer service. Cheap product, must be build to completely fail right after the 1 year warranty period. Throughout the 1 year the light broke, the back fairing broke, and the Bluetooth app stopped working. You would be better off going with ANY brand except for this.

They responded to my email inquiring about an out of stock item.

Great scooter arrived faster than expected

I love the Evercross bike I bought. My experience with this product was beyond my expectations. Plus, when I needed to ask a question they responded quickly. I would definitely recommend this bike.

I have an Evercross EV08E. It had stopped working so I purchased a new control board and installed it. Everything worked fine for about 10 minutes and then stopped and would not work again. I emailed the company twice and still have not received a response.
At this point, I am not very happy with the company. The scooter itself is very well made as far as craftsmanship and style.
