Ordered a dress via Debenhams. It arrived scrunched up in a an unsuitable package, which had ripped so the dress was wet and severely creased. The dress wasn’t great material and it had a very strange smell. The company were quick to respond with a returns label! However over a month since return I’m still waiting for my refund and emails not being responded to..avoid!!!

I was a bit dubious about ordering from here as i wasnt familiar with this company but i ordered a dress for my maid of honour. It was delivered within a few days and was beautiful but unfortunately was too small. I contacted them for an exchange for the next size. I knew I had to pay for the return so wasn't an issue. Was dealt with quickly and I received the exchange a week later. Unfortunately this was also a little too small so had to exchange a second time because we love the dress. The customer service is excellent, especially Anne and Sheryl who were so helpful. I can't wait for everyone else to see how beautiful this dress is. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for Ever pretty from me.

I purchased 2 bridesmaids dresses via Debenhams. I paid just under £200 and I’ve been requesting a vat receipt for my purchases for nearly 6 weeks and nothing. My request is straightforward and something a VAT registered company is obliged to provide. If I’d bought in store I would have received a receipt, buying online should be no difference. So frustrating. I will not purchase anything from Debenhams or Ever Pretty again if I don’t receive the vat receipt.

My experience was good, as the dress I ordered for my daughter's prom was as nice in reality, as the photo online and it fitted her perfectly. Where I have marked Ever-Pretty down by one mark, is the fact that I didn't know the dress was manufactured in China, as all it said online was that it was in stock, so think this website/company should be a bit more transparent and that information is easier to see. I also imagine that if someone wanted a dress in a hurry they might not get it in time and have to then cancel after paying for it. There is a time frame as well, to get 100% back if you change your mind about a purchase, which to some degree is understandable.
In summary, if a company says UK in its web address and the item is in stock, then it should already be in a UK warehouse and not in China, but mine came via the latter country! I personally can't say how much it would have cost to return the dress, because luckily it is lovely.

I ordered two dresses before diving deeper into the bad reviews for this company. Usually I’m more diligent but somehow missed it this time. So when I needed to return one of the dresses I was quite nervous.

But I actually had a really easy and pleasant experience with Ever Pretty. Contacted their returns portal and was swiftly given a return address. Their FAQs do say you have to pay return shipping so I was aware; although it sounds like some people have had to pay more for their returns, so perhaps some clearer direction/guidance on the FAQs would be helpful. In my case I had to return it to a warehouse the next town over, so I think I got lucky with my £3.39 Royal Mail return!

I do think the return process is kind of weird, would be good to have an automated portal but I imagine this is costly and would prevent the dresses from being more affordable.

Cant complain about shipping costs as they were free due to the money spent.

As for the quality of the dress, you do get what you pay for - affordable. The one I returned was a bit itchy and uncomfortable due to the lace on it. The other one is fine, but not sure I would have kept it if I were the one paying for it (paid for by the bride in my case!). Overall it’ll do the job for one day.

Ordered a dress, needed to return, they were quick to respond with instructions on how to return.
One I returned I sent the receipt and tracking number as requested.

They then failed to reply to me regarding my refund for days. The package was stating it had been delivered and still no reply.

I then emailed them threatening them with financial ombudsman and trading standards and they replied within 5 hours and I then had my refund returned within a couple of days.

So if anyone is having the same issue please try the same route I did and follow through if they do not respond.

Loads of reviews talking about not receiving their refund I was lucky as I think they don’t want people taking it further.

I am still waiting for a refund. I has confirmation that I would receive in 5 to 10 days..stull waiting. I am not getting any response to emails or calls. Do not use if there is a chance you may have to return

I ordered a dress in 2 different sizes, delivery was quick and lovely quality of the dresses. I kept one and returned the other. They emailed me a return label and I sent it back at the post office. My refund took 10 days to process I did have to enquire about it but they chased it up and it arrived on day 10. There was a fee for refunding though which is why I wouldn't rate 5*. Overall would order again.

I ordered 2 dresses and was pleased with the speed of delivery and excellent communication on the tracking option.
Unfortunately neither dress was suitable but the returns process was simple and efficient and again I was kept up to speed all the way through. So pleased have ordered again in the hope these dresses will be suitable

I ordered a dress and when it came it was stunning unfortunately it didn't fit the amazing customer service team helped me with getting it returned unfortunately again for me the size I needed was no longer in stock so I was able to get another one in the size I needed and sent out right away

I ordered a dress for a wedding. Unfortunately when it came it just wasn’t suitable. The dress was lovely nothing wrong with it, just maybe on the small size!!
When getting in touch with the team regarding a return they were very quick to get back to me on how to proceed with this.
Once I had returned I messaged back to say I had returned the item. Then once they had received it I had another message to say they had it and a refund had been processed.
It was a stessless return so was very happy.
Will shop again from Ever pretty.

I ordered 4 dresses from here and all came within only a few days which I didn't expect atall. Was very happy with the dresses. Had to return 1 and this wasn't an issue, the refund was processed within a day or 2 of returning the dress. Happy customer

The two dresses I ordered was exactly as pictured and arrived very quickly. I had to return one of them and I found the process to be pretty simple and I received the refund quickly. I would definitely recommend them if you want to buy a dress!

Ordered 2 dresses from ever-pretty. Both arrived very quickly. Although they were beautiful dresses, they were not the right style for me in the end. The Customer service team were very helpful in ensuring I understood how to return the dresses and kept me up-to-date with the process.

Ordered an Ever Pretty dress via Debenhams to be used as a bridesmaid dress. It arrived super quickly and was exactly as pictured. Great quality and beautiful dress, but decided to return it as we ended up going for a different style for the wedding.

The returns process was a little trickier - I had to go directly to Ever Pretty rather than Debenhams, which was simple enough using their online chat. I was told to expect returns info to be sent to me the next day but it didn't arrive. I had a few conversations with the team via email and ultimately paid for postage and returned the dress myself. The team were absolutely lovely and professional throughout, and returned the cost of postage as well as the dress to me. The only thing that let things down was the length of time it took to get the return organised.

Dress was exactly as in the picture and beautiful! Customer service was amazing and would definitely purchase again!

I ordered 2 dresses for masquerade Ball very last minute. Having never heard of ever pretty I was very dubious however the dresses arrived within a couple of days and were beautiful although just not the right dresses for me. Arranging the return was easy with fast customer service, once returned the refund was also actioned quickly. Will definitely use again

I bought bridesmaids dresses and the quality is excellent. Unfortunately had to return one as it was a bit small but the customer service was great and got my refund very quickly.

I have ordered and returned/exchanged dresses, customer service was always very helpful and I was issued with exchange dress and refund quickly, very happy with my experience.

I have bought 6 dresses for bridesmaids. The quality and fit was excellent. I had an issue and needed to change 2 dresses due to size. Customer services were amazing and everything was sorted and reordered with no problems. Would definitely recommend.
