I love the Eventin app and use it a lot. It’s very easy to navigate and 100% trustworthy. Unfortunately we can’t buy ALL events on Eventin, but the variety and amount are very good. I’ve given up... See more

They think they can do just anything

Terrible. Just terrible. If you buy a ticket for a show in Germany, it's always Eventim. They seem to have a monopoly for concert tickets.
If I buy a ticket for let's say 25 euro, I have to pay 15 euro delivery costs, because they don't want to send tickets via e-mail. So I pay double the amount, just to get it delivered.
If you can't make it to the show, they say "oh that's too bad". But you CAN'T sell your tickets anywhere. Unless on their own platform, but that is only if you live in Germany.
Last but not least. In June a show I wanted to go to got cancelled. They DIDN'T refund anything! I could only get the refund if I sent them the ticket back! So I would have to pay 15 euro once again just to get a refund for the ticket.
Eventim is a rip off. And I refuse to buy concert tickets from them everything. I have told this to quite a few artists, and I also notice that more and more artists seem to boycot Eventim. Never again!

Dear Eventim Team,

Dear Eventim Team,
I hope you are doing well.
I recently booked a ticket for Rishab Sharma – Sitar for Mental Health. While purchasing, there seemed to be a glitch on the website — the process happened twice, and although I applied the student discount code SMH20, it showed the discount but did not apply it in the final payment.
After completing the transaction, I noticed that I was charged €57.75, which appears to be the full amount. As a student, this is quite a significant expense for me, and I kindly request your assistance in applying the 20% student discount or refunding the difference.
Please let me know if you need any details such as the booking reference number or proof of payment — I will be happy to provide them.
Thank you very much for your understanding and support. I truly appreciate your help in resolving this issue.
Warm regards,
Mehul Chelwat

Price much cheaper, website doesn’t lag

Sometimes I feel that the second one is more important, since in some super expected concerts one lag can cause missing out the change to buy a ticket. In this time of massive sell out, they managed to keep stability, without disrupts.Besides, no speculations, fair price from organizators like it should. Thanks to them, managed to snatch tickets for Eminem

Misleading advertising and poor customer service

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Eventim.de. I purchased premium tickets for Benson Boone’s concert in Köln and paid an extra €34.90 for delivery, as the event was advertised with FanTickets on Eventim’s website and in their ticket alarm email. Instead, I received plain tickets, and customer service later told me FanTickets weren’t available for my category — something that was never highlihted to have changed as opposed to the initial advertising. Despite multiple emails and proof of the misleading promotion, my request was dismissed with generic replies, without addressing the actual issue or offering any goodwill solution — not even a refund for the unnecessary delivery charge. Very poor transparency and customer service for such a well-known company.

Warning Tickets are Unsellable

Tickets were issued via post. No digital tickets! When I could not attend the gig I had to use their selling platform - FanSale.de in order to sell teh tickets you need a German address. I posted tickets to a German address, added them to their selling platform, only for the sale to cancel after 24 hours, as the gig was less than 5 days away! There were FORTY people on Ticketswap looking for tickets but mine remain unsold because of the horrendous way they issue and resell tickets and make it impossible to sell via another outlet. REALLY really annoying and a total waste of nearly 200 euro. Customer service unhelpful. Never again. My advice, use a more reputable company like Ticket Master.

Scam

Eventim will not refund you a CANCELLED event if you don’t send back the PHYSICAL ticket. (Yes a real physical ticket, that cost 6€ shipping to you). So if you lose your ticket or throw it away since the concert is cancelled. Bye bye no refund. I hope Ticketmaster eats this company.

Can't acces tickets without user account

You get forced to download the app and create an account to get your tickets that you paid for. This should be illegal and is insanely shitty business practices and also incredibly annoying. Use another sales channel if you can.

It is not satisfactory that you…

It is not satisfactory that you discriminate against buyers by offering only an app that works for a limited circle of buyers to receive tickets .As suggested I was trying to download EVENTIM app , but unfortunately I get message "your device is not compatible with this version".
