Holding up our sale
These are the solicitors of our buyers and they are incompetent, none responsive, asking already answered and pointless inquiries. Our house is inherited and chainless and the sale has taken 4 months because of this useless conveyancing company. My solicitors have been ready to exchange now for a month or so.

Dear Mr Beaumont, As you have failed to share any property information or client information I am unable to look into this slanderous review so I can only presume that this is a hoax review as if the contents of your review was correct your solicitor would be in touch with us via the appropriate channels not via here. We have no matters that have been ready for a month, what benefit it is to us to delay a matter for our client? An average conveyancing matter takes approximately 16 weeks. We certainly never raise any pointless enquires. If a seller inherits a house it doesn't negate the need for a buyers conveyancer to carry out the same due diligence if the seller was the owner occupier. I'd be more than happy to discuss this with your lawyer if you would like to direct them to me.
