I have been visiting firstly the Ford, then Evans Halshaw Old Trafford branch for over 20 years. I've always found it to be a very welcoming place with very friendly and efficient staff who always make you feel welcome and valued as a customer...The reception area is clean and tidy as are the toilets, plus there is plenty of tea, coffee or water available....regarding the vehicle servicing side, I'm pleased to say that I've always felt confident that my vehicle is being well maintained and look after.

Had a Ford Kuga June 2025, had it serviced by them April 2026 and fixed some problems costing nearly £2000 and now the car continues to stop running. I called Monday to ask exactly what they’ve done to the car and tell them we don’t want it sorted or we will bring it back. Jordan the mechanic was absolutely brilliant. Made an appointment for today (Friday). Partner took my 15 month old daughter today to the dealership to see the manager and hand the car back over and waited 2 and a half hours in the waiting area with the baby being told the manager will see him shortly whenever he queried where he was. He left after 2.5 hours in a taxi still having seen no one. Absolutely shocking !!

No one is there to answer the telephone. The email given to customers should go to the dealership and Not Headquarters.

Great communication- timely and as promised arrangements and updates. Car treated with care with full works report. Staff friendly and helpful. Front desk phone line dependable for getting answered compared to Service department phone line. When my Genesis EV is required to next visit a garage I’ll be looking to send it here.

Brilliant customer service from Robert. Always very nervous with these sorts of things but Robert put me & my partner at ease, listened to us and what we wanted and happily helped us get the best deal. Will definitely be back when the time comes :)

A lot off the system want shaking up they need a good receptionist to answer the telephone when people phone up just try and get though to your service department for a big company it is so bad we’ll I though they were a good company I’m doubts about it now

Just want to give a special shout out to Corey Hall. You can tell he clearly has a passion for his job. He made me feel super comfortable and his customer service went above and beyond. It seems he only wants what is best for us customers. I’d recommend!
