Had a great experience today and please read/understand before reading the reviews below! Fact -The site is new and replaced a very bad Bletchley Hyundai, that site had no parking and was tiny (former stony customer) I was informed by the site they are waiting to have the MOT station installed, they tell me all customers are told prior to booking, people also forget Milton Keynes had two sites with 8 advisors, they are very, very busy but do a wonderful job! No issues and my car had its service and MOT done today. Thanks to Matt/Chris for looking after me. DC

Overall, helpful and cheerful. My car was serviced in the two hours they said it would take with a simple booking in and out process. They highlight anything that comes from the health check to make sure I know to keep an eye on in the coming months eg tyres.

Whilst the service was good and quick as with most car dealerships it was a shame that the disabled parking was full up with stock cars so people who struggle to walk have to park further away

We went in to look at changing our car Trevor was informative listened to our requirements and we felt under no pressure to commit to purchasing a vehicle.

Trevor explained clearly the Tyre & Alloy Damage Damage Repair & Minor Damage Repair benefits & and again we felt under no pressure to take up these options ( we did as we felt they offered good value but left the servicing plan )
The vehicle handover was handled smoothly Trevor again ensured we were aware the main functions of the vehicle and we both felt very positive driving away .
We would recommend Evans Halshaw Milton Keynes and of course Trevor Stacey gets five stars plus

Apart from Matt and Chris in the service dept the experience was extremely poor. The MOT is off site and by the time it was done we were nearly past the time for the MOT and service I had booked. I arrived at 10.15 for a 10.30 appointment ant left to get my tyre replaced as it had failed the MOT for exposed threads at around 2.30-3pm! You were unable to get a tyre for me so I had to drive to KwikFit and then to have the car retested. Matt was very helpful but he is understaffed, you need an in-house MOT and you need to either carry tyres or be able to get them quickly. It was an extremely poor experience.

I received an online quote to sell my car to Evans Halshaw Hyundai Milton Keynes for £13,400. So I booked an appointment on my lunch to go down and sell the car. The salesperson, Charlie, was very friendly and I believe very genuine and helpful. However, he was only able to offer to buy the car for £2k less than the amount I was originally quoted online, as instructed by his manager. There was no damage or any other problem found - the manager just wanted more profit margin. The online quote seems to be completely pointless, other than to lure people into the showroom. The result in my case is that I sacrificed my lunch for a completely avoidable appointment and I now know never to do business with Evans Halshaw!

I cannot fault the service at Evans Halshaw TickFord Street. I didn’t have an appointment but had a small problem that I hoped I could get rectified. Stefan was so professional, helpful and quickly resolved the issue. I had bought my car a week earlier at the dealership in Kingston, Milton Keynes but I wouldn’t hesitate buying a car from Stefan or Evans Halshaw, TickFord Street and will definitely go there next time I buy a car.

She was extremely professional, kind, and reassuring — especially when I had concerns about my service timing and warranty.
