I reserved a car with a small deposit. I didn't need to visit as I bought from a different showroom. My deposit was refunded and the lady on the phone, Alice Kearsley , was extremely polite and helpful. Communication excellent. Don't know about cars but can recommend the staff!😁
Stay away. Abysmal customer service. This is the worse place to buy a car. Once you have bought it, they are not interested. They send emails asking you to call. Try and call the service department! It just rings and rings and rings! Seven minutes or more left ringing and ringing. 3 times. And still no answer. Send an email then get told you must have been talking to someone from head office. We have no record of that conversation. I was trying to contact on the phone or by email for WEEKS! You have to physically go to the showroom! Absolute abysmal customer service. I can’t be the only person who has experienced this. Stay away from here and go and spend your hard earned money elsewhere and let them sit watching phones ring.

Customer servive at the service department is very poor. The do not answer the phone and do not respond when you message them. You need to visit them in order to book a service. The work is OK if you can manage to book in.
