Please pay attention! This seems to be a fake webshop. I would recommend not to buy at eurozapas.com. Customer service cannot be reached ("the mailbox is full", the Instagram page does not exist and nobody can be reached via Whatsapp either) and the ordered goods never arrived.

The client assistance is chaotic
Recently someone recommended this shop for its variety of sneakers. I read the reviews here on this website and I was shocked. Somehow I ignored them and end up buying the sneakers in october 2021. In the end of november I decided to contact the client assistance because of how long my order was taking and because of the wrong status of the order on the website. On the website since the order was placed was shown as canceled for no reason, I never canceled it. The answer I got was to wait. I stayed in contact with the company regularly till january and ask many times for a refund. I was asked to present a proof of the payment, which I did but still didn’t got a refund. I was always told to wait. By the way the costumer service is exclusively on instagram, what I found very unprofessional. I ended up waiting 3 months for the order. The sneakers look good from a distance but the quality is what I expected for fake ones. It’s just not the best but it’s acceptable. I personally wouldn’t recommend this shop because of how annoying it was to contact the costumer service. And being honest I believe that, if I didn’t do it I would have never got the shoes. My recommendation is to read the reviews very well before ending up in such a chaotic service.

The shoes have arrived very well presented and the quality of the replica is excellent, the only downside is that it took me 1 month and 15 days to arrive but in my opinion it was worth the wait
