The delivery
The delivery. UPS and a required signature. I blew two days waitng for it. This was not a firearm so I didn't see a need for a signature.

We’re sorry the signature requirement was inconvenient. For orders over a certain value, a signature is required at delivery, and this is clearly noted during the checkout process.
