Best Transports refused to wait in…
Best Transports refused to wait in delivery.
Under the terms & Conditions, they should send SMS to us before delivery but they didn't.
And then they deliver and no wait.
It is unfair to customer

Best Transport has their delivery rounds and they have a period of time to deliver all their boxes, they are not always able to stand outside to wait for the recipient more than a couple of minutes.

It's a bad experience!
It's a bad experience I placed an order flower bouquet and other things and I've still waiting to receive it since 5 days ago. Actually, it will be the last time I have to place an order from this company and I do not recommend anyone to make an order from this company. They have proven not to be trusted anymore!

Disappointment
The delivery was not on the day I ordered it, and it was somebody's birthday. You deceived me becuse you made me belive it will be delivered on the day.
Edit: The delivery was two days later, on Monday, instead of Saturday. But is was delivered. They replied to me first thing in the Monday morning. I was offered an upgrade as compensation.
