Product was fine but delivery poor
Product was fine - and on special offer was a good price, but delivery was less satisfactory.
The order confirmation said that when the order was dispatched they would send me tracking information, but the only other message I received was the invoice.
On the second day after I had ordered it (with "next business day" delivery), I followed the order tracking link from the website, and saw that it claimed "No access" for a delivery at 18:46 the previous day, a time when we had been in at the destination address. The exact location on the tracking app showed an industrial estate nowhere near the destination (5 miles away in a different town), and the attempted delivery photo was taken inside the cab of a van. I called Euroffice who asked for additional information, but refused to accept that the delivery driver had done anything wrong. My order arrived safely that day, but the experience was not a good one overall.
