Faulty Trojan AGM that Eurobatt failed replace in warranty.

Ordered Trojan AGM battery in August 2019 but found it wasn’t holding its charge so paid £30.00 to have it checked and recharged. On return I attached to my solar panel charge regulator with another Trojan AGM battery I’d had for 4 years and it again discharged immediately. Numerous emails sent to Eurobatt but always blaming me and in the end refusing to answer. I shall not use Eurobatt or Plymouth Batteries again and recommend you don’t either!

None delivery

Ordered battery on next day delivery didn’t turn up refund submitted via credit card chargeback. Avoid this company if you want goods

Avoid at all costs

Unfortunately my experience seems to be the same as so many before me. I wish I had found the Trustpilot reviews before placing my order.
Order not delivered. No response either by email or telephone. Thoroughly unprofessional behaviour.
Now having to claim through PayPal and have asked that Eurobatteries account be suspended as having PayPal gives them a trustworth credability that they just do not deserve.
There are many other honourable companies out there. I would strongly recommend that you use anyone else BUT Eurobatteries.

Top Value

It's not really worth looking further than eurobatteries for everyday battery needs. Their website is easy to use and very informative and their prices are as good as it gets. Add to this complete efficiency and next day delivery - what more could you ask?

Casual attitude and no response

I have had some 60w everyday spotlight bulbs on order since last August. They sent the 100w ones but I was constantly told they were 'on back order' or on the next pallet.I arranged that if they didn't arrive They would refund.since then neither are e-mails or the phone being answered.Actually the bulbs I did get have a very short life and don't uphold the 'Everready'reputation.Don't deal with them. They owe people money and just don't care

Price is right, but never ever any feedback on e-mail and be patient!

March 11th I ordered an battery charger, because they had the best price on the web. It took 4 days before "pending" changed in "dispatched". Usually it takes 2 to 3 days before an item arrives from the UK to the Netherlands. After a week I send them an e-mail as NEVER EVER Live Support is ON line, if they could give me a track & trace of some kind. No response. 4 days ago I send them an irritated e-mail that I was willing to wait one more week before contacting Pay Pal for a refund. Today, March 26d I finally received an enormous box full of styrofoam thingies and hidden in there, I found my charger, also packed very well. The delivery man told me it was actually dispatched March 24th! So I was waiting 13 days for nothing? Probably they did not have it in stock and it had to be ordered. But why not be honest and tell me? Why the silent treatment? I made a good deal but the customer service is extremely uncourteous! If friends will ask me, Should I order with Eurobatteries, I would tell them: ONLY WHEN YOU ARE NOT IN A HURRY! I hope my item never will break or in need of warranty.... :-(

Update 2017: The Ansmann Energy 8, not a cheapy anyway, just stopped working: "Reliable" German engineering, what a joke! Doesn't Honda or Toyota make these things? Then I had still a working device!
