Very sad months now and same lies by every E Trade customer service repre. THEY NOW CALL THE POLICE ON YOU NFOR TRYING TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT..THEY CALL ADULT PROTECTIVE SERVICES AND SAY YOU ARE ABUSING A FAMILY MEMBER . tHIS IS HOW THEY GET YOU NTO STOP TRYING TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT They refuse to give you a reason why they closed your account with shares of stock. They then lie to you and say they gave you a notice to they closed your account except the Federal Gov't. gives them that right. But they over look the part that said they are to give a a written notice . They restrict your account you can't access it . I called over 50 times to mget my acct unblocked and ask where your stock is they say its there, Funny if it was there why are not letting me see it there and why aren't you allowing me to transfer it to another broker. Easy answer they stole your money . In 5 months after I discovered I could not go online and see my stock. Any one can reason they won't let you have you stock . I have tried 4 times to move the account to another broker the broker I choose to move it to sends me request denied. You CALL It WHATEVER YOU WANT. I call it stealing my stock. The Police call it their right to steal your funds. Yes in This America now under the present leadership there is no Federal or State gov't help for this kind of thief. . Why would anyone want to do business with a company who in my opinion steals your account for their own personal use. Must be Morgan Stanley new business practice seems strange never had a problem till MS took over and called in a new ball game. Anyone else have this problem?
