Order #215620 – LT 03 Premium Nappa Leather (All Black)
This has been one of the worst footwear purchases I’ve experienced, both in terms of product quality and customer service.
I purchased the LT 03 Premium Nappa Leather shoes in all black, expecting comfort consistent with a premium product. Nappa leather is widely known for being soft, supple, and suitable for high-end footwear, which makes what followed completely unacceptable.
After wearing the shoes once for a short period, it became clear they were not fit for purpose. Both shoes have an excessively thick internal line of stitching halfway up the heel padding, which cut into my heels and caused significant pain. The right shoe also contained a sharp piece of plastic near the big toe area, which further injured my foot.
The pain was severe enough that I was unable to continue walking and had to buy another pair of shoes immediately to avoid further injury. No customer should experience this from footwear marketed as “premium.”
I returned the shoes promptly. The company then refused a refund, claiming the shoes were “dirty,” despite the fact that the limited wear was solely to identify the defects. This ignores basic consumer rights and the reality that footwear defects cannot be discovered without wearing them.
What has been just as disappointing is the complete lack of customer service. I have sent four separate emails to Jet in customer services and received no reply at all. There has been no attempt to engage, investigate, or resolve the issue.
As a result of the refusal to refund and the total lack of communication, I am now raising a chargeback with my card issuer for faulty goods.
Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to think very carefully before purchasing from this company. For a brand positioning itself at a premium level, both the product quality and after-sales support fall far short of expectations.

We would like to clarify our position. Our return policy allows customers to try on shoes indoors to assess fit and comfort. Wearing the shoes for a full day or multiple days unfortunately falls outside of this policy. After inspection by our returns department, the shoes were received in a clearly worn and dirty condition. For this reason, the return could not be approved. We have communicated this to you by email and included photos showing the condition in which the shoes were returned to us.
We understand that this is not the outcome you were hoping for. However, we are required to apply our return policy consistently for all customers.

Very poor after sales.
Trainers were really nice and bought for me as a present from my wife. I’d hardly work them and stitching failed, contacted customer services who said I had to go to a local cobbler to repair as they wouldn’t exchange or refund. Went to Timpsons who said they couldn’t repair and ETQ should exchange or refund. ETQ won’t do it and don’t think it’s a fault with trainer itself. Unfortunately ETQ have lost me as a customer through very poor after sales.

I have to say that the order was easy to be completed online, then the delivery was quite quick given the black Friday sales. I want to underline that the clothes that I got are of very good quality, the shoes are good but still I find them a bit stiff.
