Avoid this company. Falsely advertised ‘dimmers’ on their website. It turns out that these were dummy dimmers and only switched on and off. This was not stated anywhere on the product listing. They make the returns process difficult insisting on a phone call where the owner argued that they do dim. After sending video evidence, the owner realised that ours and the others in stock were in fact, dummy dimmers. Should have been provided a full refund immediately as the product sold was not as described and the sale was in violation of the consumer contracts regulation. Still have not received a refund. Mega waste of time and money. There are dozens of other online electric stores - I would strongly advise that you use one of these if you want to receive a product that matches the listing and you don’t want to get messed around.

The two, three light, fittings I originally purchased both failed within the warranty period. The returns and refund process is slow and excludes postage costs such that I am some £18 out of pocket having purchased two replacements.
Let's hope these don't also fail

Very efficient and super helpful. I was buying two different types of sockets for two different rooms and they phoned me the next morning before dispatch to check it was definitely what I meant to order. Also helped me to change my order from a single switch to double switch. Order following day. Would definitely use again.
