I WAS SO NERVOUS coming to Turkey but…
I WAS SO NERVOUS coming to Turkey but Dr.Kivanc did everything and then some! My nose turned out better then i could ever imagine. Not only does it look good but i breathe better too!
I was there for a total of 7 days, had contact with them whenever i needed something and i was always seen and heard! Im going back 2025 for my next surgery with them and im soooo excited!

Happiness is to be healthy and breath through a beatiful nose
I chose this clinic based on the recommendation of my friends, and it turned out to be the right decision. The support I received during the onboarding process before my surgery was excellent. The accommodation at the clinic was also very good; I had a clean room equipped with everything I needed. Every patient can easily access the necessary resources.
I want to give a big THANK YOU to Dr. Mert. His professionalism far exceeded my expectations. He thoroughly explained everything about the surgery and provided outstanding support afterward.
I also received excellent assistance from the clinic representative, Agnieszka. She was always available and ready to answer all of my (sometimes unusual) questions.
I appreciate my translator, Teuta, whose friendly demeanor and warm smiles helped alleviate any extra stress I had.
A SPECIAL THANK YOU goes to all the nurses and the "non-visible" staff members (as I affectionately referred to them), who supported me during my hospital stay after surgery. They helped me take my first steps, monitored my condition, and provided meals. Without these amazing women, my recovery process would not have been as comfortable.

They don’t give my money back
I am a Turkish citizen who applied here for tattoo removal. I gave them 40.000₺ which is a lot for Turkish people to give it at once. Then, I didn’t want to do it. I didn’t have any treatment neither. I wanted my money back and they said it’s okay and it’s approved but it has been two months yet they still didn’t give me my money back. More over, they are always postponing it and whenever I ask they say “next week we will give it” and there’s nothing. If they act like this to their own citizens how international patient can trust them? I’m suspicious. Keep this in mind. I’m trying to take my money back for 2 months and they are not even responding…
Update 23.10.2024 : after seeing my comments yesterday suddenly they texted “we will give your money back but the date is not clear” like this is not what i am complaining about… I told this to them too and there is silence again. You want to take the money before the treatment even start but when it comes to take my money back for a treatment I didn’t do; you can’t tell the date! Wow the professionalism amazes me

I had my hair transplant done at Esteworld, and honestly, the experience was fantastic. The whole team was so friendly and caring, which made me feel super comfortable the entire time. I had a great experience overall
I had a great experience overall, professional staff and quality services. Even though some of the nurses did not speak any English they treated me with upmost care during the 2 nights / 3 days stay in the clinic. Highly recommend!
From landing in Istanbul the transfer was efficient. The driver was friendly, kept us up to date with pick up times/information and recommended restaurant's and local services on the way to the hotel.
During my time at Esteworld, I was looked after by a great translator who made sure everything was clear and that all of my questions were answered. The procedure itself went as a good as it could do with no complications and minimal discomfort.
After care plan was explained well and all the staff made the whole experience run very smoothly.
A special thank you to Huseyin, who took me to the airport for my flight home. The traffic held us up however he did everything to help us get to the airport on time. He even came into the airport to assist us with checking in and getting through security quickly so we didn’t miss our flight.
I am very happy that I chose Esteworld for my Hair Transplant and would highly recommend.

The whole experience was very good
The whole experience was very good. The clinic offered everything I needed for my hair transplant surgery. Everything was done professionally. Starting with the blood samples taken in the morning, continuing with the collection of the grafts and with the implantation everything went very smoothly.
