Why pay for a high street estate agents who will just do the same thing as Estates Direct for a fraction of the cost?? Lets face it, people search on Right Move, why you you need to feature in a shop window and pay for their over heads?

Estates Direct are pro-acite with marketing and will show people round your property too, what more can you ask for. An Excellent service at an excellent price!

I would recommend Estates Direct to anyone in fact, I have, the service from the valuation to completion is second to none, you cannot fault them,

Visit from an agent on Friday, de-clutter and tidy up over the weekend, photos taken and put online on Monday, SOLD on Tuesday. I can not rate estates direct Worcester highly enough. Excellent service from start to completion. Would defiantly use them again.

My own property sold very quickly which was a bonus. Estates Direct were very good at keeping me up to date and at replying to my emails. I felt they had my best interests at heart and they were very friendly and approachable. It was my first ever experience of buying and selling and they helped me all the way. I viewed a property through them and they were most helpful. I viewed it several times before deciding it was not the right one for me and the multiple visits did not pose a problem for them. Altogether a good experience and I would certainly recommend the Worcester office.

I was, like I suspect many others would be, sceptical as to whether the level of service would be less thorough due to the cheaper fixed price but I can't praise the team at Estates Direct enough for all their efficiency and attention during the sale of our house. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to sell their house.

I have no hesitation in recommending this company .Having bought and sold 9 houses during the past twenty five years we have had many dealings with estate agents and can honestly state that this was the most positive . We have withdrawn our house from sale for the being but would use this company again should we decide to re-market it .

The valuer (Dominique) spent more time at the house than any of the other estate agents we had round and really took her time , asking lots of questions and was genuinely interested. We decided to go with them there and then. A lot of care was given to taking photographs with them coming back round when the weather was better to get some good sunny photographs of the garden . Dominique was available to speak to us at all times, before 9am and after 5 pm and at weekends! We sold the house to the first people who viewed it . Exemplary service and great value , we saved over £2000 in fees. We recommended to a friend who also sold quickly and found the service brilliant too ( and we got a £50 voucher for recommending! ) .
