Poor Customer Service

I purchased a dress online from est90 and received it promptly.
The issue I had was the under slip as described on the website was missing.
I emailed as directed by the website but after a week I had no reply so I called the store.
The resolution I was offered was to buy a slip or contact the manufacturer myself! Surely the seller should have resolved the missing item.
I’m a big online purchaser but I won’t be sending my money their way again.
