Do not use this company - the worst service I have ever experienced. We paid the driver £450 upfront for a return journey, but we were never picked up from the airport and were left stranded with young children. The person we spoke to on the phone was the rudest person I have ever spoke to, and refused to come and get us unless we paid them another £200. They claimed it was because we ‘never informed them of the flight delay’, but they had our flight details and I emailed them to inform them about our flight delay as soon as we found out about it ourselves. Despite being a transportation company, they clearly did not check the flight details or their emails otherwise they would have seen the flight had been delayed overnight. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY -THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!
