Delivery time took two weeks which I don’t think is justified after paying for delivery 2-4 working days. I had no support when contacted for help about my order.
Requested to cancel order since it wasn’t dispatched two weeks later and suddenly they finally decided to post it. They don’t offer refunds which I think is extremely unfair after the service I have received after spending £100 here. Unopened parcel would have happily sent it back untouched. Had positive experiences in the past purchasing from here so I’m extremely disappointed

My grandmother was struggling with cancer so me and my sister decided to get a wig for her together. We both no nothing about wigs but my niece was telling me and my sister about lace front wigs and how they are the best. She then suggested Essence and said we should order from them.

The wig was quite expensive. It was around $200. We ordered just a basic bob hair style for her, something similar to how her hair used to look. She loved it! My niece helped install the wig for her and she looked 20 years younger! I'm now considering getting one for myself when I have more money.

The lace front wig should have 6 inches of parting space in stead sadly there is only 3 inches these human hair wigs cost way too much to be having 3 or 4 inches of parting in the front

It was a hassle to figure out how to pay for my wigs once I selected the try on before I pay option. I was getting the run around before I was told what to do.
The wigs were good, not as good as for how much I paid for synthetic wigs.
The Cleopatra wig in black had a nicer hairline.
The hair is not bad, but has a few tangles already.
The best of both world wig in blonde has a nice feel to the hair, it's very soft.
The hairline lace front is not that nice and I needed help plucking the front to make it look more natural.

The wig looks real, it fits good and fast delivery

This is my second review for this company as my situation with them is still unresolved they are refusing to refund my money even though they produced a custom fit wig 3 sizes to big in the back and not enough hair in the front there’s spots so thin on the top you can see the cap and so much more it’s completely unusable I paid 995 for this unit and cannot use it they emailed me back again pretty much calling me a liar saying it was made to my measurements when it clearly was not don’t order from this company don’t support these people they produce less than mediocre wigs and charge high end prices save your money don’t get ripped off like I did because they will not refund you no matter how bad the product it scammers and theives

I ordered a custom wig to cover my bald head due to chemo. It arrived yesterday and was nothing like I ordered. It was supposed to be a very short cut in a white/gray color. Color was a medium blonde with no white at all and style was so long I could hardly see. Designed for a 40 year old rather than a 65 year old. If they had sent pictures during the process I could have corrected them. I wasted nearly $500.00. Do not buy a custom wig from them!!! They won’t talk to me only sent an email saying no returns and nothing they can do. BEWARE!!!
In response to their reply I discussed length and color with Naomi on multiple calls. She even said she knew the exact color I wanted. I sent them a picture of of a pixie cut and again discussed it with Naomi. In their email they State no returns and never offer to take it back to correct the issues.

Very fast shipping and good product from Essence Luxe Couture.

I love my new wig! She's absolutely beautiful. I was kept up to date with everything they were doing from when I bought the wig, to when it was shipped! When it was shipped it took less than a week! Essence luxe couture are super professional and helpful, so glad to have another one of their wigs to add to my collection.
