Parking Fine Scam in Lockdown Period.

Actually This company doesn't deserve any star. Absolutely unethical practices. Very very disturbing act at Brittany Drive PRESTON area. Somehow they got contract for residential development at Docks in lockdown period. The old company UKPS was very good but they were kicked out because they refuse to issue tickets at night time as it's residential area and cars are more than bays. But ES parking, against the guidelines of government and Car Parking Associations, they started issuing parking tickets in lockdown period. And many residents got tickets at middle of night. They didn't even start registration process of cars. Number of cars are more than number of car park bays. So if we park on street ( without double yellow lines) still we'll receive Parking ticket. Well they are not going to get a penny for their unethical practices. We are taking them to court and they must be punished. This was clear financial setting between Homestead Consultancy and ES Car Parking.
Absolutely disgusting act of Homestead Consultancy and ES car parking.
But they will not succeed in their money making game.

Parking fine with no ticket on vehicle!

Received a parking fine without a ticket. Left the UK for several months. On return found a letter from ES and a letter from Gladstone's solicitors saying that the charges had increased to £266! Rang Gladstone's and paid the fine. I again left the UK for a month. On return found a letter from ZZPS debt recovery for the same fine. Can't contact ES by phone except to pay on an automated line. Very unprofessional company. How any legitimate organisation could use these people for their parking enforcement beggars belief! I gave them 1 star as I wasn't able to give them zero

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful! Parked in their parking lot over night. Could not pat past midnight when I arrived. When I went back at 11.45, still could not pay past midnight! I was meeting friends and went back in between but would not allow me to extend my stay. When I went back in the morning, I had a parking fine at 4am. I called them to try and discuss, they never called me back. Then when they sent me the first letter, tried calling them and they never answered. I moved house and apparently they tried to take me to court in December 2017. I only found out about this on Monday last week as I applied for a mortgage and it’s popped up. Now, I have had to pay the fine to allow my mortgage go through but I will be disputing this when I get back to the UK as it’s wrecked my credit score. Absolutely Livid!

Terrible terrible scum bags.

Terrible terrible scum bags. I can only summise that the people involved in this company are empty, miserable, sub human cretins, making a quick buck from this business because they have inadequate grey matter to pursue meaningful activities in their horrid little lives. Simply the worst humanoid creatures on the planet.
Sewer life.

Make up PCN's

Non-existent customer service. Been fined for parking a scooter on the pavement!!!. How this corresponds with their aims to become an eco friendly company?! How the Director of ES parking can drive a huge Range Rover which harms the environment 20 times more than my scooter and yet he can do that whenever he can because he owns the ES so he can adapt to rules as he wants?
Avoid! They are scammers search for double entry scams with APNR cameras, fines for parking in the space do not belong to them etc.

Rent a private parking space

Rent a private parking space, have done for 9 months and parked in it every day. Given parking ticket for not parking in my space? Spoke to the manager on the phone who hung up on me and refused to help me. Have to wait 8-12 weeks to begin an appeal even though the car rental company has taken the money off me already. Will have to go 3-4 months now without the money.

Update: Contested the charges with my bank who refunded the charges after a month as they Were unable to prove i had done anything wrong. Surprise.

Not out to deter people from abusing…

Not out to deter people from abusing car parking just out to make money out of innocent people. £100 fine for 15 minutes parking and someone recording you so they know exactly that you have visited one of the stores your allegedly allowed to visit, walked through a purpose built walk way in their brick wall......dearest nappy cream ever purchase and wont be going superdrug again as the're not interested that this is happening to their customers

What an utterly vile company

What an utterly vile company. They hand out these pathetic enforcement notices and then take random people to court. The weak just pay it to save the hassle. They're trying it on with me at the moment for the building which I worked at and had permission to park in. They're doing it to another three other colleagues. Scum.
