It used to be a good service, but has gone downhill recently. Prices have risen inversely proportional to the quality of service.
You have to wait a long time for Your shipment (sometimes up to three weeks); You can no longer combine orders from different countries into one shipment; only Venipak is used as a courier service - which significantly limits ordering to pick-up points - which in turn increases the price of the service, etc. etc.
You just need patience
I’ve just received the package with the expensive shoes I ordered from Italy through EshopWedrop.
Pros:
Excellent communication with the Romanian staff.
Cons:
Very poor communication with the Italian staff.
Slow delivery. The whole process took about a month.
Conclusion: You definitely need patience.
The service is working well
The service is working well for Romania, at least for nov-dec 2025. I had several packages delivered from Germany to Romania, 1-2 weeks.
Things that can get better are payment options (now I can only pay at delivery time which is expensive) and real time tracking (informations are not up to date at all)

STAY AWAY!!! I use them 3 times and the first package made 3 months to come, second one came after 1 month and the 3rd one which was a 800€ mobile phone after 2 months they inform us it got lost. The packages were coming from Netherlands to Italy with DHL they received them and we have their signature and from Italy never came to Cyprus.
Avoid this company
They will tell you that they have sent your parcel to another country and to another recipient, without any reason and asking, just because they decided so. And will tell that your parcel was confiscated by customs, without providing any evidence. You might wonder if there will be any compensation for this. No, of course you won't get anything.

A Long-Awaited Dream Turned Nightmare – Robbed, Ignored, and Deceived by Eshopwedrop..
For years, I’ve hunted rare collectibles online. One day, I finally found a childhood item I’d been chasing for ages — priced reasonably at 215 euros. The only issue? The seller was in the UK and couldn’t deliver to my country.
That’s when I found Eshopwedrop. Their site promised hassle-free international delivery, so I gave it a shot. I used their provided UK warehouse address, and a few days later, they confirmed via email that the product had arrived there and would soon be forwarded to me.
Excited, I waited. And waited. And kept waiting.
Eventually, they said the package had been shipped from the UK to my country. I was thrilled — but the item never arrived. Weeks turned to months. I sent emails — no response. After several ignored messages, I finally warned them of legal action if they didn’t respond.
That got their attention. They told me the package had been damaged in transit and the item was “missing.” I was stunned. How does a package get damaged and lose the product inside?
I demanded a full refund. They refused — citing company policy — and offered me only 10–20% back (about 25–30 euros out of the 215 I paid). Furious, I warned them again of legal consequences. They called me, argued pointlessly, then hung up.
Later, they offered me 50% back. Tired of the months-long back and forth, I accepted. I got half my money — but not the product, not the truth, and not the justice I deserved.
Bottom line: I don’t care where you’re from or what they promise — never trust this service. You risk losing your item, your money, and your patience.
To this day, I still believe the product was stolen. If I could rate this service, it’d be a zero out of ten. Others have had similar experiences — missing items, partial deliveries, radio silence.
Avoid this site. Warn others. Report it if you can. But at all times, stay far away from Eshopwedrop.

Ordered some food supplements from US. They are still rotting in their US warehouse two weeks after receiving them. Told me the reason for the delay is: "Waiting for next shipment". Be cautious.

Poor delivery service and customer support
In the first place the phone number on their website is disconnected. In the second place I tried repeatedly to contact by email the customer support service and nobody answered to my email. The parcel arrived at their deposit in Germany on 13.09.2024 and on 03.10.12024 it was not yet delivered to my address.

I’ve been using ESWD forwarding service for many years, tens of times, in all source countries. After being away for a year, I noticed that several things have changed in respect of small details like availability of local support, list of source countries and the choice of couriers to final destination. Nevertheless, I still experienced smooth, fast and cost-efficent delivery with them like every time before. Noticing the bad feedback here, I thought it would be worth to mention.

Long time client, but now their service is disastrous. They still operate in Romania, but no longer have a warehouse here, so all parcels go through the Poland warehouse. They also show the delivery price for picking up from the Poland warehouse even though you are using the Romania website.
Also, they take a very long time to process parcels and no longer have any support in Romania. No reply to emails and the phone number is disconnected.
Total failure. Do not use!
Worst service ever
The customer service does not respond any emails for 3 weeks, there is no phone number to actually speak with a person. The parcel has not arrived and there is no way to find out where it actually is. Worst service ever.
There's zero support
There's zero support, no one is answering the contact details... so if there are some issues, good luck with that.
Otherwise, if there are no special cases, the packages arrive smoothly.
Stay away - it isn't worth the headache
At least 2 of this company's warehouses were closed, leaving all of customers' packages in a limbo. I have been waiting for a package since January, stuck in their old New Jersey warehouse where they decided not to pay the bills.
Local warehouse in Romania had the same faith, those unlucky to receive a package that week were stood up, the local branch filed for bankruptcy just a few weeks later. At this point they refuse to answer my email when I check in every other month about the package.
They used to be a great company until the financial troubles started, local office in Romania was super helpful and everything was going more or less smoothly. I hope those guys have better jobs now because they did an amazing work keeping it running.

... 3 weeks down the line, none of them have arrived, no one is answering the phone number listed (the phone is switched off for days) and no one is replying to my emails. Have prepaid the delivery of one of the parcels .. the other one is not even registered on their system yet!

I placed an order with a restaurant I’ve ordered from many times before because thats what came up on the website for delivery.
The restaurant is brilliant so this is no reflection of them.
When placing the order it uses your location. You can adjust that to the right house as a pin point. Then put in the actual address.
An hour after ordering I phoned the restaurant and they said it was on the way.
Half hour after that I phone again.
We drop then advised they have no control over delivery.
Eventually I see someone pull up in the drive next door where the original pin drop was in a 3 house cul-de-sac.
The order was for my 78 year old mother who needs to eat at certain times.
Receiving a small order after 1 3/4 hour
