the support agent did not do what they said they would
the support agent said (at my request) that they'd email me instructions on how to reinstate one of the 4 compurers (that are currently coverved by the plan) to be protected. I lost the eSet because I had to bring the compueter back to factory settings, due to a bad restore situation. That happend during the height of the Pandemic and now that I renewed the plan I want to re-include the computer in the protection plan. BUT THE SUPPORT AGENT NEVER SENT ME THE INSTRUCTIONS.

I find your instructions on how to use your software unclear and I find it difficult to understand how to set up scans and how to determine if they occurred and when. Overall, I don't think your software is very user friendly

The Program is not displaying the ESET…
The Program is not displaying the ESET Icon when visiting Financial institutions.
It was working but now is has stopped.
There is no easy way to get to Technical Support without digging thru the whole website.
A phone number should be easily available for support for those who are not computer experts.

I have had a subscription for several years. An issue I continue to have is when I send spam to ESET to block it doesn't keep those emails from coming through the next times. This occurs on a daily basis and has gotten worse the past year.
