Liked your AV BUT have unsubscribed to all these emails yet they still keep coming! I consider that SPAM and will start evaluating other products after many years of ESET.

Most recent update is working as it should. Very happy with. Need to look into adding protection features.

With the cost of everything today, I like that I received the pretection for my computer at the price I did. Thanks for everything.

I like the fact that when I log on each day, I see the ESET icon pop up on screen telling me I'm protected. I also appreciate the periodic reports sent to me showing the many ways that ESET has protected my privacy and security. And I also know ESET has blocked numerous network hacking attempts on my laptop and telling me the attempts have failed. It's nice to know I can get on-line with adequate protection. ESET was actually recommended to me by a local computer services store and said they run it on all their company computers.

Customer service is extremely difficult to get to. The AI chat support doesn't help.

Easy to install. Hassle free - I don't get emails trying to sell me more.

Having tried various protection software over the years I have stayed the longest with ESET. Not only is it great in sweeping our computers, customer service has always been responsive and helpful. Setup and use has been easy. This is the best around!

It was recommended by my computer tech. I am very happy with it.

Very easy to do. They have been top notch in the few years I have had ESET.

I like the fact you block intrusive pop ads and sites so they won't highjack my computer. And warn about unsafe sites .

I do not like that every time I try to renew I have to call in because none of my debit or credit cards work. Only to find out that you are closed on the weekend and holiday so I am afraid I am not protected. Then the guy that answered twice (cannot remember his name) was incredibly rude.

On a positive note I love ESET which is why I put up with it. However I cam this close to changing to Norton this time.

My experience is very good because I hardly know the ESET product is there. It is doing a good job without being intrusive.

I think it is working. I'm thinking of getting Guardio as it is to identify and notify if you are on a not trusted website.

The service rep was very friendly and helpful. He answered my questions about my wondering if I had downloaded ESET correctly. He also scanned my computer and removed any programs I did not need.There was no waiting time and everything was completed quickly,

I have been using Eset for many, many years for home and business and will continue for many more... always secure and always responsive to the need for changes... with the Force they are. Thanks John W.
