Long time advertiser disappointed in customer service.
I’ve advertised with Eros for about 20 years, but my recent experience with ErosAds customer service was disappointing. I purchased an ad with a 20% promotion attached, and the ad was never posted as promised. After several emails with support, they refused to either honor the promotion or refund the payment.
This was a relatively small amount of money, but it reflects a larger issue with reliability and customer support. Over the years, the quality of service on Eros has declined while prices remain high. Other advertising platforms are doing a better job connecting clients with providers and responding to customer issues.
If Eros wants to keep long-time advertisers, they need to improve responsiveness and honor the promotions they offer.
