I would like to take a moment to compliment one of your sales assistants,Caitlin, at the Plymouth, Drake Circus branch for the excellent service she provided during my recent visit.

She was friendly, helpful and professional, and went above and beyond to make my experience a positive one. Her patience and willingness to help really stood out, and it made such a difference to my visit.

It is always lovely to receive such great customer service, and I felt Caitlin deserved to be recognised for her kindness and excellent attitude.

Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to her. She is a real credit to your team.

The service was very professional and helpful. It was efficient and valuable, I need to repair a precious watch and it was returned to me promptly and beautifully restored.

I felt moved to write some feedback and in particular send my very grateful thanks especially to Sara, for all the kindness she showed me on my visit today and for being so helpful. She and her colleagues have always gone out of their way to make the experience the best it can be, but today, I needed help and a lot of advice all of which was imparted, making me feel nothing was too much trouble. I went away feeling a weight was lifted ~ thank you so much.

Tried to use click and collect option, just kept glitching out. It's like they are TRYING to make you use their horrible delivery service.

I was served by Kriss in Plymouth who was outstanding. Bought a beautiful watch and there were complications when it was away being serviced. Kriss went out of her way to sort it. She was always welcoming, efficiant and pro active at the stages of the issues. She was quick thinking and she turned a complicated situation into hassle free for me. Total superstar. Myself & my partner had such a lovely experience with Ernest Jones today, especially thanks to Carly & Sara.

We had chosen our wedding bands, but unfortunately mine was out of stock. Sara was genuinely gutted for us! We looked around other jewellers, but nothing felt as comfortable as it did here.

When we returned, Carly looked after us and was so helpful and engaged while we chose my band. Both Carly & Sara were honest, patient and just genuinely lovely people.

We really appreciate them being part of our journey, their passion for their job truly shows. Thank you both, you’re a real asset to the company!

My partner bought me the 9ct white gold half-twist eternity ring in October. By December, a stone had fallen out and it had tarnished quite badly, despite removing it every time I wash my hands/shower/do any housework. Ring was sent off by the company for investigation and I was told it was down to damage caused by me which I absolutely dispute as I would remember causing damage that would make a diamond fall out! This ring is the most important thing I own, I am obsessed with treating it well. And even if this had possibly happened, a ring should be able to withstand daily wear. A poor product sadly. The staff in store however - Cait and Gemma - are absolutely brilliant and very understanding of the whole situation so managed to find a suitable resolution. Thank you both for your help - you went above and beyond, and are a credit to the company.

The 3 ladies at the store in Plymouth, Drakes Circus were absolutely amazing today. Laura sorted out an on going problem so quickly and in a very professional manner.

When entering your shop in the mall plymouth we were greeted by kris,she was so helpful and went far and beyond to help us choose a ring for my 30th wedding anniversary. Fell in love with a beautiful ring in the Plymouth store, I was served by Caitlin ( I think that was her name ! ), her enthusiasm and knowledge was top notch and she made me feel very special, fantastic experience will definitely go back to that store.

Went to the Plymouth branch of Ernest Jones and met a lovely lady called Carly, she helped me with choosing a ring. I wanted a chocolate diamond ring I could wear everyday and with her help and patience we chose one and she got it delivered to my home address.
Thank you Carly and I will be back for more remarkable jewellery and impeccable service you all provide.

Went into Plymouth branch today to look around, the mrs found a le vian ring, went in to see it. Was severed by Carly, knows her job inside and out, sorted the purchase out for us. First class service everytime we go in, cant ask for anything more, many thx

I ordered a wedding ring but sadly there was a delay in the ring being made which would have only left me two weeks to send it back to be resized if it was wrong (This was no fault from the in store colleagues). I went in today to get a refund and Caitlin was absolutely brilliant, I felt so awkward having to get a refund but she was so helpful and polite just like the first time we popped in to buy our rings. I will always purchase any jewellery we buy from here. All the ladies are so professional and courteous.

I recently decided to buy a Bulova Lunar Pilot watch and the best price I could find was from Ernest Jones using a 15% off code so I placed an order for collection in store. It was at this point I realised that they are part of the Signet group which includes H Samuel who are notorious for selling shop worn or returned items. Well it appears Ernest Jones is guilty of the same thing.

When I went to pick up the watch I was presented with a box containing the watch which looked fine but alarm bells starting ringing when there were no protective stickers on the crystal and caseback. Then I realised the Bulova branded outer box was missing. On pointing this out the lady went to the storeroom and bizarrely produced a white cardboard sleeve from a completely different sized box which had nothing to do with Bulova at all. I told her not to bother so she went and checked the storeroom again. At this point I was about to request a refund but fortunately she found an outer box which also contained additional missing documentation. So now the watch was complete I left but on returning home I discovered they hadn't stamped and filled out the warranty card. Then I found another card at the bottom of the box that had been filled out in 2023 and stamped by a branch in Surrey! So did I get a brand new watch, a return or an ex display? It's hard to tell, the watch is fine but the boxes in the storeroom seem to be playing musical chairs with each other. I have the receipt and I managed to register the watch with Bulova so it's covered by warranty but the whole experience leaves a bit of a sour taste. If you are spending £500+ on a watch you expect it to be brand new and unworn. I suspect this one isn't but it's probably not worth taking it back as I doubt they'll have an untouched replacement. Maybe I should have stuck with Bulova direct with a 10% discount.

Great service nothing to much trouble to sort out. lovely staff very tidy and clean store .will use again top marks to all staff .

She greeted us with a smile and took good care of us whilst buying our wedding rings today.

I thought I had lost a diamond from one of my rings, went into Ernest Jones to ask about having a repair. Caitlin looked at my ring, she said she thought I had something stuck under the diamond & offered to clean it. She did & the dirt came out! No charge! Amazing service& super helpful

The girls in the Plymouth Store were just brilliant, nothing was to much trouble for them. They were engaging and they seemed to have enjoyed my experience as much as i did. Well done ladies

We wish to thank Caitlin & Carly in the Drakes Circus , Plymouth store on 29 Feb when we were looking for an engagement ring. They were exceptional , knowledgeable especially about what size I needed, chatty, funny and made our shopping more enjoyable. A bonus was Caitlin put through the order on express delivery in the hope it would arrive the next morning before we left Plymouth … and it did, so I was very happy 😊🍾🍾♥️ well done girls
